[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Real Good Foods lightly breaded chicken nuggets is not bad. It is seasoned just right not very salty. It is still juicy after cooking but the color is kind of dark, not as attractive as the picture on the packaging. The size of the nuggets are not even, some are big while some are really small. But overall, it tastes good and will be a good option for a not much effort dinner.

The texture of the chicken is great and you wouldn’t know it was frozen. I love that they are low carb and high in protein. Nice resealable packaging and clear cooking instructions on the back.

Nuggets are lightly breaded, but unevenly. Lots of breadcrumbs on the bottom of the package. I have to say I had some stomach discomfort after the meal. Probably chickpea flour added in the breading made me feel bloated. Beware of that. I’m hesitant to recommend these nuggets
