I purchased the Calming Bites for my 2 year old Cocker/Golden Retriever mix. He constantly licks his paws due to mild anxiety. After reading other reviews, I was expecting the Calming Bites to be the cure. He has been getting 1 treat in the morning and another in the evening for about a month and I have seen no difference in his behavior. He enjoys the treats, but it was just not the cure for him.

I had tried so many things for my dog with separation anxiety ( from CBD treats to vests ). My dog used to get very anxious and would destroy the door and it's trim until she tried Zesty paws. She seems to be more calm and she definitely has stopped destroying things in the house. I'm very happy.

We have a queensland heeler who is deathly afraid of ANY noises that resemble gunshots, fireworks or thunder. While no product can erase the fear she has from that we have noticed a considerable difference in the degree to which she reacts. Rather than get totally irrational with fear, she now goes to what she considers a safe place in the house and stays there until the offending noise is gone. She might pant, but it is no longer full-out panic. She weighs approximately 50 pounds and we give her one in the morning and one at night..every day. We are very happy with the product and would not consider changing. Highly recommend!

My dog loves these! We give them to him everyday before we leave for work to help keep him calm while were gone for 8 hours. To be honest, I don't know how effective the calming is on these but he likes them and he sleeps all day so I guess they do help!

The pups loved the treats, but unfortunately the effect was not "strong" enough to have an effect on my boys. Later learned this version does not have melatonin. I have tried the "stix" version, but I don't think they are appropriate as daily treats for my little guys. Will try the "advanced " version which has melatonin, or the Hemp Elements Plus with CBD.next.

My dog is generally pretty lazy but gets incredibly stressed out about fireworks, like a lot of dogs - shaking, drooling, refusing food etc. These are the only treats she'll touch if she's heard a firework, and they do seem to calm her down or at least help her get to a deep enough sleep to not hear any subsequent fireworks. We've purchased the turkey and the peanut butter, and I highly recommend the peanut butter. My dog happily eats both but the turkey scent lingers and is pretty gross, while the peanut butter one just smells like peanut butter.

We use this product daily. We have a dog who is afraid of some obvious things like thunder and fireworks but also stranger things like text tones and the beeping of a smoke alarm with a dead battery. We can prepare for things like thunderstorms and the Fourth of July but not the random tv commercial with a text tone in it. After using these we noticed an immediate and marked difference. The anxiety is still there but not nearly as disruptive to her or us. She's not as panicked and she's much easier to redirect.

I like the product. It smells great and he eats it like a treat. I don't see much of a difference though. My routine with these is give one, take him for a walk and then get his zoomies out with a tennis ball in the backyard then bring him back in. First time he was nice and calm and laid down once home. (Which was a miracle) second day still had lots of zoomies once home. Not sure if maybe I need the stronger anxiety kind or maybe to give 2 instead of one. But I'll keep trying till the tub is empty! I also love the ingredients. Nothing bad for him or cheap.

My pup isn't a super picky eater, but she tended to pick around this supplement in her bowl. I will definitely be trying the turkey flavor next time, I saw a slight change in her nervousness & anxiety. I will continue to use to see about further behavioral changes.

I have a very hyper Keeshund. This product on facebook added how great it was and that it definitely would calm your dog. Well, these did nothing for him. However, the instructions only said to give him one once a day. Not sure why, thought perhaps they were really potent. Anyway, I would not waste your money.
