[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these with my border collie dog who is 40lbs. She enjoyed the taste of it and had no problem getting her to eat it. It seemed to calm her down, if you're expecting or hoping it will completely have your dog docile this is not the product for it.

My coworker just recently welcomed a new dog into the family. She told me that Max (dog) has been very hyper and also get separation anxiety. I stumbled upon these bites and decided to get it for the dog which ended up a good thing and what he really needed. Sometimes she mixes it with other snacks or food and it good enough to keep the dog calm. So far it works well and will probably get more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my 1-year-old chihuahua was incredibly enthusiastic and ready to tear open the bag to get to these. Very enticing smell and texture but unfortunately the pieces crumbled during transit. They break easily and it's not a big deal since he's a small dog and I intended on giving smaller portions anyway. In terms of calming him down-- I suppose they did as much as a supplement can. He definitely enjoyed them and I am looking forward to using these on days when he may be in hyper mode and the weather doesn't permit the long walks this guy needs.

There's not a lot of pieces that are whole in the bag. Also my dog doesn't act more calm on them. She's just as crazy as ever.

I have a 2-year-old pitbull who often deals with anxiety at times, especially during storms. He also tends to become very hyperactive when there are lots of people around and usually about once a month we do have people over for dinner so he usually tends to get very hyper during those times. I have given these to him during very stormy weather, while making a 4-hour road trip, and during get-togethers where we have quite a few people over and they have helped him everytime. With one of the storms, it was during the night and he actually slept through the storm when normally storms will keep him awake and not wanting to be still. Also, they didn't cause him any gas or any other negative side effects. He seemed to really like them as he gobbled the bites down in seconds.

Both our dogs are seniors (16 and 18 yrs old). I purchased this hoping it would help the 16 yr old w/his anxiety issues that worsen in the evenings and for our 18 yr lab that has dementia and thinks night time is day time. Unfortunately this product had the complete opposite effects on both of our dogs. One dog it didn't work at all even after using for several evenings in a row (16 yr old). Our other dog (18 yr old) it didn't effect the first night but the second night she became very anxious/restless/panting/pacing and would not relax for hours. This product was the only thing different she had in those two days. Just like with some people the ingredients in this can cause the opposite effect. On the positive side, the product is easy to break up and place in food/treat (neither of ours would eat it as it's comes) and the packaging can be reused or recycled.

He gets overly excited when it's time to go out and slips and falls all the way out. This really helped him be calmer! And he loves the flavor. He seems overall less stressed. This is great stuff!

We foster and I have given them to my resident dogs when we bring a new foster home to try to keep them calm during the transition and I think they really help. They also love them and don't upset their tummies (other brands have) - disclosure I got the product for free in exchange for writing the review.

I gave 1 to my golden retriever who has been having issues with allergies and was very flustered all day, and it kept him calm for hours! we have been using 1 chew every time we want to calm him down and it has been so helpful.

My dogs love these calming bites. All three dogs are excited to get them and act like they are a treat. They are usually very hyper, but soon after eating the calming bites, they seem a lot more relaxed. They still get excited when someone comes over, but they calm down much faster.
