When I received the product about a month ago I realized it was defective. I've tried it on numerous complexions and changed my settings, but nothing gives. I do think the app is great to teach newbies (like myself) on how to use the skin I-expert, but because my product came defective I had no real use for the tutorials. I would love to do a proper review on the product if I was to receive one that works.

It's so helpful at guiding you through out the whole process. Helps with set ups and how to use, how often to use, and schedules sessions and reminders. As someone like me who suffers from pcos, this has become my holy grail. I get so much hair growth around my chin area that causes me a lot of insecurities. This has helped reduce the growth rates on that targeted area. I can't wait to see results as I continue to use it. Right now my plan on the app is once a week for 6 weeks before it determines the next steps. For reference I get thick stubborn hairs, but I also have a very low pain tolerance. So results for me will take a little longer as I stay on the low level and build my way up to the higher level for better results. I would say after a few gos at this it became easier and the anticipation feeling goes away before you realize, wow this actually isn't as bad as i thought it would feel lol.
