I’ve had the Braun IPL 5 for over five years. I can go months without seeing any hair. It finally died and I upgraded to this and love it even more. The adjustable head makes it easy to glide even on hard to zap places like your wrists. So quick and easy. For the last four years, I’ve only been using it every 3-4 months and still only because I barely see hair, mostly just peach fuzz. I’ve used it on my face, underarms, arms, and legs.

I love that it comes with EVERYTHING you need, it has 3 additional attachments for different areas of the body. You can set up different intensity levels, depending on how dark or course your hair is. Using it for a little over a month now and I’ve definitely noticed my hair follicles a lot thinner. I still have some hair but again it grows a lot slower and barely visible, which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s super simple to use and comes with 4 different attachment heads, allowing you to target different areas on your body. There is also a case where you can easily store everything which is great. To make it even easier you can connect to the app which will track your sessions for you so you can simply just follow along. I also love how the head of the main attachment allows for you to glide along the skin since it moves as you move it. Overall I think that if you wanna do laser at home this product is amazing since it is so simple to use.

But aside from that, it does feel like a quality product. The whole kit includes a lot. The device itself, multiple attachments, a trimmer, razor, and a nice zip case as well. A couple of important things to note is that it doesn’t work well with very light blonde, red, or gray hairs. And it also does have a limited number of zaps. It is a really high number, but I would imagine if you have dark hair and want to do larger surface areas it would deplete more quickly. I used it on my under arms and bikini line and didn’t find it terribly uncomfortable! It’s just a warm zap, it might sting a little but nothing dramatic. You do also have to use it with the app + WiFi so I could see that being possibly inconvenient but I understand why. It is a potent tool and it shouldn’t be over or misused.
