[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have absolutely been loving the Braun Skin i-expert IPL device (model PL 7219) for its painless, fast process and easy use! Having the app connected to the device, makes it so much easier because I am able to plan and also schedule to remind myself of treatments. There are various areas which can be treated, but I only chose the areas in which I have dense dark hair as it attracts the light pulse from the device to the hair follicle under the skin. The best way I can describe how this device works is that the dark hair attracts the light and disable the hair follicle from continuing to grow; just when I go outside wearing black, I tend to be warmer as the sun attracts the darker colors. Another thing that I love about the app is that it will count the amount of flashes needed for a certain area based off of how dense and dark the hair is, as well as taking my skin tone into consideration to give me the best results. The device itself has three different modes, which are sensitive, balanced and fastest results. For each area, I am able to select the sensitivity level and how fast I want results. In some areas, I do prefer to use the sensitive setting, but if I feel over time that I am able to increase the amount then I am able to change the setting later on. The device is super portable and I can take it with me if I need to continue treatments while I’m on a work trip, vacation or a family trip. It is also easy to store away in the cushioned zippered bag that the device comes in. This is definitely something that I will continue using and purchasing. I will also be recommending it to anybody I know that may ask me about how to get rid of hair long-term and to continue feeling smooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been loving using the skin i expert smart IPL. I love the app that is intended to be used when you use your machine. It’s so helpful at guiding you through out the whole process. Helps with set ups and how to use, how often to use, and schedules sessions and reminders. As someone like me who suffers from pcos, this has become my holy grail. I get so much hair growth around my chin area that causes me a lot of insecurities. This has helped reduce the growth rates on that targeted area. I can’t wait to see results as I continue to use it. Right now my plan on the app is once a week for 6 weeks before it determines the next steps. For reference I get thick stubborn hairs, but I also have a very low pain tolerance. So results for me will take a little longer as I stay on the low level and build my way up to the higher level for better results. I would say after a few gos at this it became easier and the anticipation feeling goes away before you realize, wow this actually isn’t as bad as i thought it would feel lol. I love the design and how it’s easy to hold and use. I also like that it comes with so many attachments for the different parts of the body. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.

My legs stay smooth much longer and I only need to shave about once a week instead of every two days. My underarms hair also grow back much more slowly. The app makes everything easy by tracking my progress and guiding each treatment. It’s safety for eyes, so you don’t need to use glasses + safety for your skin, because app helps to regulate laser power for color and sensitive. Great build everything includes: Venus razor, and different attachment for body.

It is exactly what I needed for my legs and underarms, I tend to get ingrown hairs no matter how much I exfoliate or what hair removal method I try. I'm content with the results and with how easy it was to use it! I did a spot treatment first to verify that my skin wasn't going to burn or react to the treatment. Even though my skin is sensitive it did not irritate it at all. It's super portable and not loud at all, it just releases a little bit of heat with each zap and a small small sting but nothing painful.

I love how easy it is to use and comes with 4 attachments for multiple areas. It also includes a fave shaver and travel case for storage and a regular razor blade.
