I began with my chin, upper lip, underarms, and full legs — and I'm genuinely impressed with the results. The hair has reduced so much already, far more than I expected. Seeing such clear improvement makes me incredibly happy. My husband also tried it for his underarms and chest, and he's gotten great results as well. I was so relieved when I tried it on two spots for testing and I didn't have any reaction. I had to stop using my retinol to prepare my skin for this, so keep that in mind. I use to wax my legs and hands but never get this much silky smooth feeling. This is not a laser hair removal device, this is IPF. Target the melanin in the hair follicle, which completely breaks the cycle of growth. I don't need to track my progress, the app will notify me when I need to use it again. The quality and durability is always remarkable by Braun. I have my old one with me since ten years. I have tried it on my small skin area and never felt any issues using it, so it's safe to use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so for this item it is very durable. there is no charging required, it works when plugged into an outlet. it comes with an instruction booklet, which is very easy to follow. the weight of the item is pretty light, it's not too heavy even though i've only had two sessions, it's not long enough to see any reduction in hair growth. but i am very dxcited for this and to see results.

At first, the device refused to connect to the mobile app, and without the app it does not work at all. After numerous attempts and a lot of unnecessary hassle, the connection was finally established. After that, the device fails both the skin test and the skin tone test. Most likely, the optical module is defective, as after switching it on the device does not perform a proper measurement and even detects contact with air as if it were skin. A terrible device. I definitely do not recommend it for purchase.
