It was promised to see the difference within 4 weeks, I never skipped any week and was hoping to see any results, like, any!!! It's been 2 months I have been using it and still no improvement and no change in hair growth or structure. So I gave up, put the machine away, and went to the professional Lazer hair removal spa to get rid of all the hair. So I am very disappointed with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this voxbox. Every 4 weeks I go get a Brazilian wax and have never tried laser hair removal before. First off the bag that It comes with to store the device is beautiful. There are 3 settings, I like to start on the lowest setting and then increase It gradually. I removed one star because the light is bright and blinds me for a few seconds. If you have sunglasses you might want to have them on while you use the device. It takes a few zaps to completely remove the hair. While zapping I can smell the burned hair. It doesn’t really bother me. Overall I love this device. It’s a great device to keep handy whenever you don’t want to go to the salon. Thank you Influenster for this voxbox.

This device comes with a beautiful carry bag, four different size head and venus razor. This product and quality justifies the brand Barun. I have been using it for three weeks now and I am a pro now. It is slightly painful but is works fantastic. I could notice less and less hair growth in just few weeks. I am extemely happy with this device. I still have some hair to treat and I will be consistent and patient for few more weeks to get the final result. This is smart IPL system that learns with every use i.e. it scans your skin tone and automatically optimizes the power to you and it keeps performing better and smartly with every use. You can see you progress through an app in mobile. I am still learning to use this device. Before using this device, I did lots of research on IPL and read the dos and don’t of using it. Monthly hair removal is costly and time consuming. So this IPL could be a one time investment for anyone.

I can see a difference after using it for three weeks. Secondly the packaging is beautiful, the device can be used in different areas, since it has multiple heads and settings. I am in love! I’ve been using for a few weeks and am very impressed at how user friendly and easy to operate the machine is. It comes in the cutest carry case as well that sits on display in my bathroom. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⁦I've had facial hair my entire adult life and as a cis woman it's been devastating. I've done *everything* to try to get rid of it or minimize it - waxing, plucking, shaving, epilating, dermaplaning, professional laser treatments. The professional treatments were the best, but they were thousands of dollars and the results were very brief - even with a full year of consistent treatment a lot of hair would return within a month. There was no way that I could continue to spend that kind of money on a temporary solution. I spent hundreds on other brands of at home IPL and they were useless. After seeing so many positive reviews for this Braun IPL I decided to give it a go. The results are so far beyond what I hoped for I could cry. I've been using it twice weekly for two months and there has been a drastic decrease in the amount of hair, texture of hair, hyperpigmentation from years of skin damaging hair removal methods, and a massive improvement to the overall texture of my skin. My constantly embarrassing five o'clock shadow is gone. Some realism: you Must patch test, you Must start at the lowest setting and only work your way up when you know your skin can handle it, you Must follow the directions regarding shaving vs plucking - this is a serious device. Be aware it works best on dark hair and only middling on blonde hair (my dark hair patches are Gone, but the blonde patches are more stubborn). I do use this in combination with tretinoin, which is doable but higher risk. I let my skin get used to the IPL for a month before resuming tretinoin. I have a routine of tretinoin, wait three days, IPL in the morning and tretinoin in the evening, repeat, giving my skin a few days of recovery from the tretinoin before the IPL. I'm not recommending that you do this without patch testing and knowing what your skin can handle, but since I saw so many mixed messages online about it, it's worth mentioning that it may be doable for you.

The IPL device and all the cords/ various heads are all stored in a cute leather carrier which keeps everything organized and together. I started using this on my armpits and am VERY impressed. I am not a fan of shaving and hate the look of stubble so I was optimistic going in. The device makes you do a skin test first to make sure your skin is suitable for the device. It then gives you a quiz on hair density and how aggressive you want the process. I started doing my IPL every week and have been impressed thus far! My hair is a lot less dense and grows a lot slower. I’m excited to finish my sessions and be done shaving!! Gave 4/5 bc the laser must be flush with the skin and can be tricky to get all points on skin at certain angles (aka when I started doing my lower legs). Overall highly recommend!!

I used it for a month before writing this review, and although my underarm hair isn’t gone forever, it is much slower to grow and I don’t shave nearly as much. For reference, I was shaving daily. Going to try it on my legs next!

It’s an expensive product to invest in, so I’ll be detailed. I’ll start with by week 4 I’m thoroughly impressed. Upon opening it, everything about it is professional & well made. I downloaded their app for iOS & it’s amazing. It’s the most thought out, yet simple, app I’ve ever used. You make a plan on the app & create a schedule that works for you. The convenience of not only being able to do this at home; but also receive reminders for the removal sch I created, is EVERYTHING to a busy woman dealing with life! I’m a light-skinned Latina that’s HAIRY. I shave daily - not exaggerating DAILY. I go through periods of waxing, then like to give my skin breaks because it’s sensitive, & go back to shaving for a while. Shaving leaves my skin red, irritated, full of bumps & ingrown hairs. I was considering laser hair removal, then received this IPL hair removal system. It’s truly phenomenal. The first week I was conservative with location & strength of use because I was worried about a reaction - which didn’t happen. I didn’t have to shave the next day, but I didn’t really see much point to it at first. Week 2 I used it full power, all over, & by week 3 I didn’t even realize it was time to shave again. My thick, corse hair was way less dense, & some areas, like my upper legs barely had any hair AT ALL. My underarms that need daily removal, only have a few pieces pushing through. This is pure MAGIC! My facial hair is one of my main issues because I tweeze & create scars & this is even eliminating stubborn facial hair. I’m in awe at how this actually works. If you’ve waxed or tweezed then your pain with this should be nonexistent. I find it has a slight zap or burn IF you leave any hair. Spots I didn’t fully remove hair, are the only times I ever felt any level of “pain” but it was more discomfort. I only used it one day out of the weekend & the way it’s slowed down regrowth is remarkable. The cord is extremely long & sturdy, making it easy to use & maneuver around your entire body. It comes with different heads & the app will let you know if you have the wrong attachment for the area of removal. There are 2 precision heads so you use one for your face & one for intimate hard to reach areas. It only works when you it’s correctly aligned with skin, so you don’t have to worry about it accidentally shooting light anywhere it shouldn’t. Compared to the money & time spent in a salon; you’re literally saving thousands. In a month I’m mostly hairless. My skin is the smoothest it’s ever been. This device is LIFE CHANGING! I was gifted this one, but will definitely buy from Braun when I need a new one. Absolutely recommend!
