Great for a basic smart tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really happy with this item. The images are very clear and it was really easy to connect and use the smart features. The remote is basic enough that our young kids are able to use it very easily as well. The speakers are pretty basic but give a good and clear sound.

Perfect tv for the family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a great size, very clear image the fact that has all the smart features already included with tv are awesome. You don’t have a fire stick. The sound quality is great and the remote is very cool with a brushed metal look.

Amazing picture and sound quality! Quick set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the process of unpacking and setting up this TV to be very easy. It took less than 30 minutes to unbox and sign in to our streaming accounts. I was impressed by the picture and sound quality, which is the best I have seen. One feature I particularly love is that it connected to our WIFI, and I can use my phone as a remote, especially since my kids will probably lose the actual remote quickly.

Best Bang for Your Buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is perfect for those looking for something in the 43” class that don’t want to break the bank. I am very impressed with the picture quality, especially while watching sports. It also has 3 hdmi ports, one meant for games/sound bar. The remote I longer which I actually like so I don’t lose it all the time. First time having a TCL and this likely won’t be my last I’m so impressed.

I recommend this tv for anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is great, we used this in my child’s room and it was the perfect size for him. Love the smart features it offers as well, didn’t have to purchase a separate roku or anything for it. Remote control was easy to use as well. Connectivity was easy to set up with our WiFi and the sound quality is better than I expected.

Don't buy TCL spend extra $$ for a real name brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy this TV it is a waste of money if you're going to buy 85-in TV by a American name brand TV TCL has bad customer service that support systems suck and they do not value customers I buy my TV February 2nd 2025 March 11th 2025 my TV stopped working I want my money back I don't trust this TV company and hell no I don't want them to fix the TV because at the end of the day it's going to mess up again I got to have you all fix it again no I've never out of all the years of my life bought a TV that went out in 30 days I had a 82 inch Mitsubishi back in 2007 and that TV lasted for almost 10 years no problem I will be calling the business better bill and I am a member of the consumers association so I will be giving them a call as well because consumers should not have to deal with this you guys are ripping us out of our money and selling us bad products TCL will be investigated

Remote Pairing Issue

Wifi connection issue

Good TV but not good for people with dementia.

This TV was bought for a relative suffering from dementia. She has a hard time with controls. The TV is not connected to the internet due to my relative suffering from dementia. The set up of the TV was easy. We like that when the TV is turned on, it goes straight to antenna input. My relative is not able to use the TV remote. There are too many buttons. The buttons are too small. They confuse her. 6-button remotes were program for her to use. The 6-button remote works well but there is a major problem. My relative holds the power button down. These causes a "Do you want to power down" message appears. This message does not disappear. The TV has to be turned off and left off for a couple of minutes to no longer display the message. My relative has been told multiple times not to hold the power button down. She cannot remember this simple instruction. It would be nice if the "Do you want to power down" message can be disabled. Another nice design feature that manufactures should add is a "dementia" mode, a mode to keep the TV simple as possible, like a dumb TV from the 60s.
