Great Support assistance 😊

Joan - spoke very clear and professional. She demonstrated unlimited patience while waiting for me to navigate the T.V's remote control. She followed her trouble shooting documentation along with her trouble shooting skills,and her muscle memory from past clients. It's was a pleasure to work with Joan with just one call😊

STARTUP Instructions for 70 year old man can be challenging . on going KSAT 12 SAN ANTONIO TV STATION CHANGED TOWERS and doesn't connect like other stations step by step to search stations 10-10 jump to12-2 12-1. (ABC) normal stations SPECTRUM SERVICE RATES WERE AT $275.00 PER MONTH TERMINATED 5/28/2025 Support is great once the tv are set up . I NEED TUTORIALS TCL SITE HOW TO OPERATE BOTH TVS 40" AND 43"

Contact number on the back of the tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chay helped me restart my TV and get the screen back for the kids. I found her by calling the phone number on the back of the TV. Had the answering computer first but after it did not help I got Chay. She was calm and kind and knew how to reset my TV. She was sympathetic to the loss of saved data. And we got the TV back. I have to set up apps again but thats not a big deal. Thank you Chay

She stayed very calm and very patient with me as we went through multiple trys. Being 74, I really appreciated her patience and understanding.

Helpful assistance

I needed help on setting up an XFinity remote and called the 877 number. I requested a real agent and was paired with Angela. She worked long and hard to get my remote set up in order to use on/off and adjust and mute volume. Angela was patient, clear, and cordial. It took about 20 minutes but she was terrific. When one effort failed, she didn’t give up. This is our second TCL tv. We love the first one and hope this is as useable. Angela got us off to a good start! Thanks.

DO NOT BUY, only 2 months in, screen goes blank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would be watching tv and screen would studder then went blank, so have to unplug and wait then power back on, sometimes it just goes blank and reboots and also has given me a just green screen. Contacted TCL and what hoops you have to go through, send video of problem emails after email also 2 to 3 days for response. So they sent a Tech out replaced the main board, so had to setup the tv all over again, settings, apps and logins which takes time. The problem is worse going blank 2- 3 times and evening while watching tv . Still waiting on support, they want videos of the problem, happens on occasion so I am trying to record it with a security camera, so i can send that in to them which the size of file is to big to send regular email so will have to use a share folder for this. I am techy so I am working on this but if you aren't good luck. I like the features,picture,sound, but I think I just got a bad one, but buyer beware.

This TV has a terrible picture. Definitely not deserving of a 4.8 review. The remote is not responsive either. Will be returning.
