The remote is basic enough that our young kids are able to use it very easily as well. The speakers are pretty basic but give a good and clear sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cheap TV but unbearably bad sound. The Dolby Atmos destroys the audio signal and will create artificial sound drops and will generally ruin any sounds produced by the TV. The picture is also just okay, not sure that I believe the pixel count.

I needed help on setting up an XFinity remote and called the 877 number. I requested a real agent and was paired with Angela. She worked long and hard to get my remote set up in order to use on/off and adjust and mute volume. Angela was patient, clear, and cordial. It took about 20 minutes but she was terrific. When one effort failed, she didn’t give up. This is our second TCL tv. We love the first one and hope this is as useable. Angela got us off to a good start! Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the process of unpacking and setting up this TV to be very easy. It took less than 30 minutes to unbox and sign in to our streaming accounts. I was impressed by the picture and sound quality, which is the best I have seen. One feature I particularly love is that it connected to our WIFI, and I can use my phone as a remote, especially since my kids will probably lose the actual remote quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would be watching tv and screen would studder then went blank, so have to unplug and wait then power back on, sometimes it just goes blank and reboots and also has given me a just green screen. Contacted TCL and what hoops you have to go through, send video of problem emails after email also 2 to 3 days for response. So they sent a Tech out replaced the main board, so had to setup the tv all over again, settings, apps and logins which takes time. The problem is worse going blank 2- 3 times and evening while watching tv . Still waiting on support, they want videos of the problem, happens on occasion so I am trying to record it with a security camera, so i can send that in to them which the size of file is to big to send regular email so will have to use a share folder for this. I am techy so I am working on this but if you aren't good luck. I like the features,picture,sound, but I think I just got a bad one, but buyer beware.

Being a smart TV there are so many options and apps you can do with it the sounds quality is incredible it is super easy to navigate with the remote and has great connection to my WiFi networks. As a gamer I would highly recommended this TV!

The built-in smart features is a plus, allowing easy access to Netflix and Hulu. The remote control perfect size and it has a great sound. It easy to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is awesome! The picture is amazing! I love how everything is right there, including other apps, etc. It’s easy to flip channels and apps. Remote control is slim and easy to hold onto. We use it for gaming on for my son and now he wants to switch his tv in his room for this one. It was easy to set up and all u see my google account so I can control it on my phone. The sound is great especially for gaming.
