It's more louder than the Toshiba I had and the light is not LED light like in the Toshiba thst made seeing the food and drinks being microwaved clearer but love the chef man control panel and child's safety lock.

Every time I use it, there’s a strong plastic smell, and I’m not sure why. I had to replace my previous one, which had a crisper and I liked much better, but it only lasted a little over a year.

I love this microwave so far. I love that the lock is not so easy to spot. It will keep my nephew out of it which is a HUGE plus. The mute on it is also going to come in handy as I come home late after working two jobs! Full disclosure, I've only used it once, but I am happy so far!

Microwave does not work at all

I just got it so I have no opinion about performance yet. I wish the timing/selectio/start/stop buttons were backlit like the clock except not as bright.

Its ok. I would have not bought if it wasnt on sale. I can imagine paying triple digits for something thay feels so inexpensive. Feels like a kids toy. Other than that, it does the job.

I can see that the childproof door is going to take a little bit of getting used to, but everything else looks really good. Can't wait to actually try some food in

The power cord is to short for the layout of my counter. If it was a little bit longer, or the input on the back of the cabinet was more centered, it would be fine.

I like the size and it’s more powerful than I expected. I use it just to reheat things and it works well. I’m not crazy about the door handle— you have to push up on a button *inside* the handle to open the door. I think someone will eventually yank on the door to get it open and either break the door or pull the microwave off the shelf.
