It's FAIR in heating performance. I have to re-heat the same item to get it to the desired temperature which is disappointing and redundant. It's compact and light weight enough which is a plus for a senior person that I am. For now, I'm undecided to keep or return for a different brand.

So far I like the product it's very reliable I do wonder why last night put a potato in and it went so far and then just shut off everything was black so I pulled the plug and left it cool down I don't know just got too hot or what and then it came back on.

It's a great microwave, it doesn't take up to much room on our counter. It also operates very well, it heats and re-heats so well compared to other microwaves we previously used. It's is very easy to clean the glass plate and the inside of the microwave. My model has a black exterior which shows more dust or smudges.

The Microwave is sleek, the perfect size for our Townhouse, and it was really easy to set up. It‘s also easy to use! The preset options are good, keeping the interface less cluttered and organized. I like that it has an editable clock, a timer and a defrost by time and by weight. It‘s nice that you don‘t need to select an option to set a customized amount of time to cook something—it automatically lets you enter your amount of cook time! It‘s a wonderful Microwave. The child safety lock is also an ideal addition for safety, and doesn't hinder use. I would definitely recommend it!

I like the size and it’s more powerful than I expected. I use it just to reheat things and it works well. I’m not crazy about the door handle— you have to push up on a button *inside* the handle to open the door. I think someone will eventually yank on the door to get it open and either break the door or pull the microwave off the shelf.

It's pretty nice, for the price actually

This microwave gets your food or beverage hot in 30 mins it also matches in my kitchen.

Excellent unit. nice and simple . live the Trigger door lock.

The buttons are not easy to use. I press multiple times to get each button center spot.
