I didn't want the double latch lock again , but appreciate the button you click. In handle . I always knew how to close quietly by button , but my son would just push closed , no handle . This made it louder . This is same design really as my old microwave . I thought I was going to avoid it this time , as didn't need child safety lock . I find it fine now , and like the sound button , so it doesn't beep with every number pushed .

The best microwave I had so far. Esay to use. I love the door how is open and closed by pushing up the handle, so my 21 nice will not slam the door anymore. Very quite compered to others I had. The quality is great and extremely easy to use, and setup only took a few minutes. It’s a great value for the price and works perfectly for everyday use. I wanted something with power, and this has it all. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like everything about this microwave and the way you open it is good it's all black and that makes it pretty you can even use just the second's on most mic's you have to use minutes

Overall I like the way it looks and for the short time I have had it , it seems to work well. The only thing I don't care for is the safety lock on the door. But that being said I 'll get used to it. I have priced many of these and this was a great price. Highly recommend!

I like the size and the ability to easily adjust the power setting. Using the power setting has greatly improved the expected results when cooking. Having the child proof lock on the door is great for families with smaller children. Fits on our small counter space and exactly what we were shopping for.

Great for the price. Perfect size Not too big or too small. Doesn’t take up much space on the counter. Takes a minute to get used to having to push the button on the handle to open the door but after only a few times I got accustomed to it. You have to make others in the house that it has this child lock feature or they will pull %26 pull forgetting to push button %26 I assume it could potentially break it. But if you have little ones in the house it’s great to keep them from opening it up when you don’t want them to.

I am happy with the product. It is very similar to my previous microwave operation. The only problem I have is with the one touch timing button. I have to press very hard for it to register. Since I have arthritis in the hands, it takes more effort for me to press the button. Those are the only buttons that require extra effort. I was also used to my old microwave turning off automatically once cooking was done but now I have to manually hit the off button t9 turn it completely off.

I did not like the delivery. Would like to cut the delivery man's tip down to $5.00. Microwave did not have a 30 30 second button and the screen didn't light up. I had to turn on the overhead light to see the screen to set it up.

We purchased this product just three months ago, and it has already stopped working. The mechanism that rotates the glass plate keeps spinning on its own, making the product unusable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product due to its poor quality and durability.

I would like to return it. It's too big and too hard to push the buttons. I'm unable to return it or I would if Walmart could have it picked up and credit my account I would appreciate it.
