It's a microwave. It does what it supposed to do. I love it.

We purchased this product just three months ago, and it has already stopped working. The mechanism that rotates the glass plate keeps spinning on its own, making the product unusable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product due to its poor quality and durability.

All the outlet in my house works. The microwave light is not on. I did multiple testing reset the outlet still the microwave is not turned on no beeps no lights on. I'm disappointed cause I needed to use the microwave today. I guess I'll have to return it and buy a different brand.

I am happy with the product. It is very similar to my previous microwave operation. The only problem I have is with the one touch timing button. I have to press very hard for it to register. Since I have arthritis in the hands, it takes more effort for me to press the button. Those are the only buttons that require extra effort. I was also used to my old microwave turning off automatically once cooking was done but now I have to manually hit the off button t9 turn it completely off.

Really good deal love the silent function. Somehow stronger than my old microwave being the same watt.

This is the hardest microwave to use if you have arthritis. Very hard to press the buttons. It’s also VERY noisy. I regret buying this one.

Every time I use it, there’s a strong plastic smell, and I’m not sure why. I had to replace my previous one, which had a crisper and I liked much better, but it only lasted a little over a year.

It's more louder than the Toshiba I had and the light is not LED light like in the Toshiba thst made seeing the food and drinks being microwaved clearer but love the chef man control panel and child's safety lock.

Love this microwave! It works great and looks nice on my counter. The child lock on the handle can be annoying at first but you get used to it. Very spacious inside and easy to clean 👍🏼
