I've had many robot vacuums over the years and this leaves them all in the dust. Better technology, better app, and what's that it also washes the floor!

Great job on hardwood floors. Good on carpet w/o pet hair, but only gets ~50% of pet hair ( as was expected from other reviews). Mapping function amazing, and easy to use app.

This is already the second roborock vacuum cleaner we have and I am delighted with it. It copes well with dirt, and the floor shines like new after cleaning.

Great vacuum! The rotary brushes do a really good job of mopping . Simple setup and app is very easy to understand and use. I love the feature it has of drying the mopping pads when done.

Best robot vacuum and mop system out there. Very accurate at navigating and cleaning plus it's so slim that it can go just about anywhere in my home! It's amazing the amount of dirt and grime you empty from the dirty water bin and vac bag.

Compared to robot vacuums from other brands, this is a breath of fresh air. The robot is well thought out, cleaning is excellent, and maintenance is easy. I especially like how simple and clean the app is to use.

Very annoying, vacuum and very time-consuming this vacuum must spend more time vacuuming the areas in my living room, then vacuuming the entire living room. For instance, I have it vacuuming. It starts outlining in the living room, but then it goes immediately starts vacuuming the area rugs. It's been most of its time there, then it will go back and vacuum the hard floor, even though that that setting is not turned on to vacuum the rugs first, it still will I've tried everything deleting the carpet hard reset cache clear this vacuum just seems to do what it wants to do

This vacuuum does a fairly good job of sweeping the hard wood floors. I have a dog but when it comes to throw rugs ( which it goes over well w/o dragging them) and my 1 room of carpet, it just tends to ball the hair up and leaves it out. I have to go and pick up the hair clumps myself . That's a little frustrating to me
