This little guy is awesome! It sweeps and mops very well. The only draw back is the obstacle avoidance. Since Roborock changed from camera to LiDAR it is not as good in avoiding obstacles and does need some help sometime. At the same time, I do not have any kids that leave stuff everywhere and it’s easy to just pick up the extension cords. Other than the obstacle avoidance, this Q Revo is the best!

I don't usually leave reviews but this thing is genius. I already had a Roborock vac and had bought another very popular brand that was just a mop. The mapping was awful and it would just go in circles and not mop anything. Apparently it had trouble with dark floors and it thought the seams in my concrete floors were cliffs! I have a dog that sheds year round, black floors and live on av ranch that gets very dusty and muddy. The Q Revo has no problem with anything. The Roborock mapping is brilliant! Kudos to the software designers. And the fact that it knows to lift the mop heads and increase suction when it hits my area rugs is a stroke of genius. I still run my vac to do a first pass and then send the combo out My floors are always sparkling clean. I can't say enough good things about this product!

I did a lot of research before purchasing. This machine exceeds all of my expectations. I never owned a robotic vacuum before this. I have two dogs and cats and turns out this machine is life changing for me. I have clean floors and save myself hours a week from having to vacuum and mop! Well done!!

Very pleased with this purchase. Setup was a breeze. The vacuum/mop is all that is advertised. Cleans very well, and so far has been trouble free and so easy to use. I know that this is not their top of the line model, but I can’t imagine it being much better.

This robot is doing everything I was expecting when I purchased a vacuum/mop robot. setup was easy, mapping was done in 10 minutes. Routines have been scheduled to keep the whole house vacuumed and mopped. It is fairly quiet, except when the base unit fires up to evacuate the robot. I run it on max just, because. I have not tried it on the other vacuum levels. It handles the transitions from hard floor to carpet well, and does not get hung up like our previous robot. It has not gotten stuck under couches or cabinets, which was a frequent issue with the previous robot. It has handled dog hair and wife hair with minimal tanglement. Regular maintenance is keeping it worry free.

Best all-in-one and best bang for your buck. Love the removable tray, it's so easy to clean. I think this one is better than the more expensive models! The only con is that it was super hard to connect to my wifi, even with 5g turned off. It didn't like the special character in my password so I had to change it, which is a pain because I have 30+ smart devices I had to update my password on.

It’s amazing. Me and my gf named the robot lol. Now dog hair is not an issue at all. Mopping is effortless. I have recommended this item to all my friends, where to purchase it again in a heartbeat. For the price, it has almost every feature that any premium ( double the price) robo vac has.

I had a previous Roborock S model, but this new one is on another level, it’s a total game changer. The vacuuming, mopping, and self-cleaning features work seamlessly, and it’s made keeping my house clean so effortless, even with a pet. The app is super user-friendly and packed with useful features, and the way it handles pet hair and daily messes is just impressive. I didn’t think it could get better, but this upgrade proved me wrong. Absolutely worth it!

I've owned several Roborock vacuums starting back with the S4, S5 MaxV, S6 MaxV, S7 MaxV Ultra, QRevo original, and now the S8 MaxV Ultra. This is probably my favorite one yet. It's quiet, has good pickup and mops well, probably better than my S8 MaxV. The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 starts is the lack of auto detergent dispensing. I also wish the water tanks were larger. As for the new navigation system (Starlink) it works much better than I expected. The obstacle avoidance for lower items in front of the robot is actually better than the flagships S8 MaxV. I've only noticed a couple instance where the robot took a little longer reestablishing its position after being moved manually. For that case the traditional lidar is quicker.

the thing is so heavy! very hard for me to move to my upstairs. when i finally unboxed and got it upstairs I saw that it has disposable bags for the dust it vacuums, which means I would keep having to buy bags for it. this is very inconvenient when it is for a larger home. will be returned
