I bought this several weeks ago and it has worked perfectly! Its sensors and mapping is wonderful, even in my cluttered home. I love how customizable it is: from scheduled cleans, to the amount of water used while moping, to the patterns it cleans in, and so much more. I have 3 high shedding large dogs and never once has this vacuum struggled to deal with the hair and dirt. I have it run twice a day every day and my home has never been cleaner which has done a lot for my mental health. I can’t recommend this enough!

I have two Maine Coons and a large tile floor area. My Roborock vacuums, mops, washes its own mop pads, and collects surprisingly dirty water even when my floors appear clean. The self-emptying and self-washing dock has significantly reduced the time I spend cleaning. The mapping is excellent, the suction is powerful, and I would absolutely purchase another Roborock.

Does an EXCELLENT job with BOTH vacuum and mopping. Love that it does both at the same time. Fast, efficient, and quiet operation. Very happy with this product and highly recommend to others.

Don't know how I survived without this robotic vacuum cleaner. I am so happy I bought this and it does such a great job! I have 3 dogs and it keeps my house dog hair free. Plus it mops my floors too! Absolutely love it!

I used this for one week before returning to the store. Horrible! It left piles of hair all over my hardwood floors and rugs. It was constantly getting clogged up and wouldn't empty. I've had a much cheaper version of a Shark robot vaccum for the past 3 yrs that does so much better than this one. I had heard such good things about the Roborock vacuums and couldn't wait to own one. Then, I couldn't wait to return it. I've got my old cheap Shark one plugged in and running again. It doesn't mop like this one, but at least I don't have to pick up hairballs all over the floor!

2 weeks in and this thing has been awesome! It is so refreshing to come home everyday to clean floors and occasional jam first seems like it took a few days for us to adapt to keeping things off the floor more than we used to and close doors to rooms we don't want it getting into but it starts everyday at 9am and works for about 3 hours doing its thing just change out the dirty way every 2-3 days and refill it is all the maintenance this requires. App can be a little confusing setting up not a fan of the overall layout of it but besides that worth every single penny!

I am almost 1 month in with this kind of expensive robot mop/vac and she is INCREDIBLE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY. She rarely ever gets stuck, she vacuums the carpets before she mops so the carpets never get wet. She cleans her own mop heads periodically while cleaning leaving spotless floors, the suction is incredible and I haven't had to manually vacuum my carpets once, and she lets me know when she needs new mop water or her waste water emptied. She's also very quiet compared to other ones I have had. The Roborock app is incredibly user friendly and intuitive too.

This vacuuum does a fairly good job of sweeping the hard wood floors. I have a dog but when it comes to throw rugs ( which it goes over well w/o dragging them) and my 1 room of carpet, it just tends to ball the hair up and leaves it out. I have to go and pick up the hair clumps myself . That's a little frustrating to me

This is our first robotic vacuum and we have been very pleased thus far. We purchased the vacuum with the hope of better keeping up with our German Shepard mix shedding. Set up instructions were pretty simple to follow, the mapping process went very well, and I am quite pleased with the app on my iPhone. I did learn to break down cleaning to room by room every three days rather than the whole house as there is enough hair to block the dust bag suction inlet. It is also wise to empty the dirty water container following cleaning rather than waiting for it to fill completely to keep away from developing an odor.

I am a single male messy / neat freak with a dog thats always on the go .I have hard wood floors throughout with large rugs. I have had the Qrevo plus for a month and i have not used my upright or mop since. I have close to 800 ft area that it vacuums and mops with out soaking the rug . I would give 5 stars but lets give it 6 months of everyday use
