Our Roborock QREVO Plus. Is doing a wonderful job of keeping our floors clean. This was a task that we didn't want to do ourselves, so this was a huge time saver. We set it for vacuuming and mopping in the middle of the night. We come downstairs in the morning to seeing floors that are so nice to look at! Highly recommend it.

I am so disappointed! I first purchased this unit in January 2026 and by early March. It was no longer mopping. Tried to follow all the troubleshooting guides to no avail. Processed a replacement online, which came right away and figured it was just a fluke thing. Now six weeks later it is doing the same thing with no water getting to the mopheads. Again, tried troubleshooting everything as advised online. Not sure if I got two lemons and it’s worth a third try or if I should just give up and purchase a completely different make and model.

Upgrade was WELL worth it!! Absolutely impressed by this new device! Historically with my old S7 Max, I had to clean and refill the mop pad multiple times just to clean one room. With the QRevo Pro, I haven’t had to do that once! I simply make sure the water tank is full and away she goes! Makes our busy lives so much easier and one less thing to worry about! The unit has been great so far minus a pet mishap. The AI detection has proved to not be completely reliable though, my dog had an accident on the floor and the robot happily drove right through it. It wasn't a small pile, so I feel as if it should have been seen. It detects some things and doesn't detect others so it is hit or miss.

This vacuuum does a fairly good job of sweeping the hard wood floors. I have a dog but when it comes to throw rugs ( which it goes over well w/o dragging them) and my 1 room of carpet, it just tends to ball the hair up and leaves it out. I have to go and pick up the hair clumps myself . That’s a little frustrating to me

I did a lot of research before purchasing. This machine exceeds all of my expectations. I never owned a robotic vacuum before this. I have two dogs and cats and turns out this machine is life changing for me. I have clean floors and save myself hours a week from having to vacuum and mop! Well done!!

I have had several roborock’s. The S5, (2) S6 Pure, Qrevo and now Qrevo Pro. I’ve been very impressed with all of them, but must say the Qrevo Pro with articulation mop arm is absolutely great. Love the self emptying bins on the Qrevos and the spinning mops clean much better than the drag behind ones.

Highly recommended for someone who needs a helping hand around the house. I personally choose to pick up art supplies left around by the kids and move chairs around before running the Roborock Q Revo daily. I tend to do other household chores while it's running during the early mornings because it always finds wayward pencils to which I must resolve by pausing the machine. The machine will kept running even with a pencil under its bottom, but I can't stand the sound, nor the thought that the pencil may scratch the wood floors. The device is quite green, meaning, you don't have to purchase disposal bags if you're interested in manually emptying the bin located inside the robot. I personally choose to manually empty the bin each night and tap the filter clean, which typically only takes 2 minutes. Although the machine cuts down on my overall time to clean the house, and keeps my house cleaner than when I didn't have the device, I wished the pads underneath the Roborock Q Revo can mop closer to the edge of the wall instead of leaving out about ~2" of untouched space along every wall. Also, to ensure you're not fully dissatisfied, know that realistically, the mop doesn't put a lot of weight down while cleaning, so if your floors get dried food stains like caramelized onions on the kitchen floor from last nights cooking, the robot will have a hard time removing it, even with two separate runs. There's just some items you just have to deep clean yourself. The machine is easy to maintain, which I prefer to do nightly, you can just YouTube others demonstrating how to do so. For those concerned about the smell from the dirty water bin, I haven't had that problem. Maybe it's because each night I empty the dirty water bin, rinse the bin with clean water, and leave the bin open until I'm ready to run the device in the morning? That said, I still highly recommend this machine because the occasional deep clean and nightly maintenance still pales to the benefits of having a helping hand that has kept my house cleaner than when I tried to do everything myself around the house. I just ran out of time.

I had a previous Roborock S model, but this new one is on another level, it’s a total game changer. The vacuuming, mopping, and self-cleaning features work seamlessly, and it’s made keeping my house clean so effortless, even with a pet. The app is super user-friendly and packed with useful features, and the way it handles pet hair and daily messes is just impressive. I didn’t think it could get better, but this upgrade proved me wrong. Absolutely worth it!

Effortless setup. Effortless and consistent mopping and vacuum of hard floors and rugs. Minor issue with cable entanglement, but the Q seems to learn to avoid such issues. Scheduled cleaning is reliable. Three things to add for future products: 1. Way to plumb fresh water and dirty water resevoirs into the house water and waste systems; 2. Measured injection of authorized cleaning fluid suited to mopped or scrubbed area; and, 3. Real rug cleaning brushes and algorithim for carpeted areas.
