In one year the machine broke twice doesn't get water. Send for repair got my unit back working but completely starched but it worked 2 months later I'm back at square one and now I have to pay to get it repaired. Researching for a different brand, very disappointed.

It works fine. It's not great, it's not terrible. Vaccuming power is less than my old s4 Max and leaves some dust and dirt behind (which sucks). I guess I'm not sure if the power is less or the rubber brush isn't as good as the old bristles. Mopping is kind of nice as a general thing to pick up some dust, but this does not replace actual mopping. for this price, I expected a lot better. But ehhh, nothing I can do I guess

Overall, it's a very satisfying purchase. The suction power of the QV35A (8000pa) is weaker than I expected. It was much weaker than when using another robot vacuum cleaner with 8000pa. When using the vacuum and mop function, it doesn't even set to maximum vacuum power, so the actual suction power feels like it's about half. I wanted to exchange it for the 18500pa model, but I had already opened the packaging and decided to postpone it. Aside from this, there is no need to hand wash the mop after mopping; I did, but I didn't need to. It has excellent washing capabilities, and there has never been a case where it doesn't dry enough or smells bad despite the cold water and wind. I highly recommend it.

I bought this last month and don't really like it, it vacuums okay and mops okay, not great. It pushed everything into the dust bin so tight it cannot empty it's self, I have to remove the dust bi manually. It keeps going into hibernate and is a pain to reload the wi fi The navigation is hard to grasp, I don't know how to clean just some rooms or the whole house. It is also hard to know if I choose vac and mop of just vac. This is not a vacuum for the older folks who are not tech savvy. It would also be easier if the app loaded on a computer rather than a phone. Phone are to small and I always have a hard time doing anything on my phone.

Many years ago, we purchased the S6. The S6 that is still working great, past its days as technology evolved. So decided to get another. Did not shop brands due to the reliability that we experienced before, but did shop the various Roborock models. The Qrevo slim was the final. This robot arrived well packaged (typical of the company), set up was a breeze as we have (my wife and myself) have the app, and we followed the very simple set up and added the slim. Let charge for couple of hours and let it loose mapping the house. When done. I used the app to divide the rooms and rename them. Advice: click save after each division, and click save after each room renaming. If you mis type: it will save whatever you typed in its database and you may run out of names. If that happened, just find the list of names and delete whatever isn't needed. That said. We got hard floors with few rugs. Decided to just avoid rugs all together as they aren't large and not worth extra effort and go over those manually. Use it most often by room name. 2-3 rooms each day. To be honest, never seen this floor as clean as it is and we always clean them and used the older s6. We do use the mop and vac at the same time all the time. I cannot recommend it enough. Be patient. Take your time customizing your map and this robot becomes your best friend.

Works well but super glitchy WiFi. I like the object avoidance which works well except for the occasional sock and never sees charging cords so goes over those all the time and gets caught. Twice it's gotten lost and lost WiFi so came home to a vacuum with a dead battery and since the wifi connection was broken had to hunt down to where it was. Even tried a WiFi extender and it seems to only help a little bit. Set up a scheduled clean but then got tired of the time so deleted the schedule, but the robot kept going off at 9am, finally just did a factory reset and that killed the schedule issue. Overall I like the self mopping and when the robot doesn't get stuck it does keep the house really clean.

Does an EXCELLENT job with BOTH vacuum and mopping. Love that it does both at the same time. Fast, efficient, and quiet operation. Very happy with this product and highly recommend to others.

Disappointing. Loses WiFi constantly despite being in the same room as the router. Started damaging adamroborock@dillpickle.pw rug edges after just a few runs.

I bought this several weeks ago and it has worked perfectly! Its sensors and mapping is wonderful, even in my cluttered home. I love how customizable it is: from scheduled cleans, to the amount of water used while moping, to the patterns it cleans in, and so much more. I have 3 high shedding large dogs and never once has this vacuum struggled to deal with the hair and dirt. I have it run twice a day every day and my home has never been cleaner which has done a lot for my mental health. I can’t recommend this enough!

The vacuum set up was easy. It doesn’t get stuck. It leaves me fur balls all over the house. I set the suction to high but it won’t pick all the dog fur up. The vacuum doesn’t vacuum its ramp area lol. Also, I do not get notice of when the bag is full and needs to be emptied
