Very happy! Was in the Market for a new robot mop/vac after my Eufy died just out of warranty. This one is fantastic. Has all the features that I loved about my Eufy with a better return/warranty. Can easily track/schedule cleanings and maintenance items in the app. Robot itself does a very nice job. Water reservoirs are large and easy to clean. Mapping is intuitive and easy! Battery life is great, and we have a rather large area this cleans. Does the whole floor and still has battery left over (something my Eufy did not). Can customize how often it empties, dlhow long it dries the mop, etc etc. Have been using for a few weeks now and still just as happy with it as day 1. Would recommend!

Worth every penny! We previously had a roomba. We spent months researching and bought it during black friday when it was on sale. We love it!

I have used Roomba (irobot) for years but Roborock exceed beyond Roomba and has many more features an smarter in many ways. From now on, I am only buying Roborocks becuase it has far superior technology and settings.

So far this is the best robot vacuum I've ever owned. It is very efficient with vacuuming and moping. The obstacle avoidance is also superior to previous manufacturers.

This is now my favorite vacuum cleaner. It's really convenient and cleans floors perfectly. The phone app is great, everything is clear and understandable.

We had an older one and it was ok. We have kids and dogs and this keeps our floors clean. I also love that you can pick to do the whole house or just 1 room.

Overall pretty good. The mopping leaves a clear line where it can’t get close enough to the wall. It also isn’t strong enough to auto empty our dog hair so I have to manually empty frequently. My dog’s shedding is next level so I understand that. Overall very happy with it given the two critiques.

This vacuuum does a fairly good job of sweeping the hard wood floors. I have a dog but when it comes to throw rugs ( which it goes over well w/o dragging them) and my 1 room of carpet, it just tends to ball the hair up and leaves it out. I have to go and pick up the hair clumps myself . That’s a little frustrating to me

I am so disappointed! I first purchased this unit in January 2026 and by early March. It was no longer mopping. Tried to follow all the troubleshooting guides to no avail. Processed a replacement online, which came right away and figured it was just a fluke thing. Now six weeks later it is doing the same thing with no water getting to the mopheads. Again, tried troubleshooting everything as advised online. Not sure if I got two lemons and it’s worth a third try or if I should just give up and purchase a completely different make and model.

the thing is so heavy! very hard for me to move to my upstairs. when i finally unboxed and got it upstairs I saw that it has disposable bags for the dust it vacuums, which means I would keep having to buy bags for it. this is very inconvenient when it is for a larger home. will be returned
