Very happy! Was in the Market for a new robot mop/vac after my Eufy died just out of warranty. This one is fantastic. Has all the features that I loved about my Eufy with a better return/warranty. Can easily track/schedule cleanings and maintenance items in the app. Robot itself does a very nice job. Water reservoirs are large and easy to clean. Mapping is intuitive and easy! Battery life is great, and we have a rather large area this cleans. Does the whole floor and still has battery left over (something my Eufy did not). Can customize how often it empties, dlhow long it dries the mop, etc etc. Have been using for a few weeks now and still just as happy with it as day 1. Would recommend!

It works fine. It's not great, it's not terrible. Vaccuming power is less than my old s4 Max and leaves some dust and dirt behind (which sucks). I guess I'm not sure if the power is less or the rubber brush isn't as good as the old bristles. Mopping is kind of nice as a general thing to pick up some dust, but this does not replace actual mopping. for this price, I expected a lot better. But ehhh, nothing I can do I guess

In one year the machine broke twice doesn't get water. Send for repair got my unit back working but completely starched but it worked 2 months later I'm back at square one and now I have to pay to get it repaired. Researching for a different brand, very disappointed.

I've been using my Roborock QRT78 almost daily since I purchased it about a month ago, and I continue to be very pleased with its performance. Before this, I owned a much cheaper robot vacuum from another brand, and I disliked it so much that I got rid of it quickly—I truly thought I'd never invest in another robot vacuum again. My son‑in‑law purchased a Roborock and told me it is worth spending the extra money to get a better machine. I finally decided to give the QRT78 a try, and I'm so glad I did. It operates smoothly and quietly, navigating the transition between our hardwood floors and very thick wool area rugs with ease. It mops only the wood and laminate flooring and leaves the rugs completely dry, which is exactly what I wanted. Setup was simple, and it mapped the rooms quickly and accurately. If I have any complaint at all, it's that the vacuum leaves behind small clumps of fibers from the wool rugs, but they're tightly compacted and very easy to pick up and discard, so it's a minor issue. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and find it a real asset in keeping our floors looking clean with very little effort.

Roborock QRT78 is one of the BEST investment I've made this Christmas for my house. It is so smart! You just got to see Roborock's performance to believe how smart it is! There's the app where you can set Roborock to work. I get to relax while Robo is keeping the floor spotless in every room, since all rooms are on one floor. So much less work for me now. Can't ask for more than this! I just purchased another one for my sister! If I love it, I am certain she will definitely love it, too. Keep in mind that Roborock cannot dump out dirty water and refill clean water by itself, so you got to help Robo with this part! You would want to hand wash the two mops cloth, here and there, too, just to keep it extra sanitized. Overall, I am 100% satisfied and am very pleased with Roborock. I highly recommend Roborock! Get yours now, you won't be dissapointed.I thank Robo Rocky every day!

I am almost 1 month in with this kind of expensive robot mop/vac and she is INCREDIBLE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY. She rarely ever gets stuck, she vacuums the carpets before she mops so the carpets never get wet. She cleans her own mop heads periodically while cleaning leaving spotless floors, the suction is incredible and I haven't had to manually vacuum my carpets once, and she lets me know when she needs new mop water or her waste water emptied. She's also very quiet compared to other ones I have had. The Roborock app is incredibly user friendly and intuitive too.

We have a very busy household and this really helps keep our floors clean. So happy with this purchase

Works very well and nice integration with Google Home after setting up the map and labeling the rooms.

Love it! Use it daily to vacuum and mop my hard wood floors. Don't have carpet or rugs so can't speak to its function on those.

Wonderful vacuum used for 4000sq ft house with stone and carpet rooms. It is much quieter than S7 max and charges much faster
