Horrible Quality! Save your money

I bought this microwave because of other reviews. They had good reviews and I trusted it. After having it for a few months, I can honestly say it’s a horrible microwave! The instructions are NOT helpful to set up the right time. The child proof button sucks and there’s no way to bypass it. and the WORST PART is the plastic image piece for the numbers and cook times is peeling off (see the pic). I regret this purchase so much! Please find a GOOD QUALITY microwave! This is NOT IT!

Frigidaire Microwave Purchase

First it was delivered to an empty house where a relative was working in the yard & when I walked up to pick up my box the relative of the deceased person jumped all over me as a thief, my name was on the box, wrong address for delivery. Second the clock on the front is too bright that some of that glare I wish was used to illuminate the control panel which is NOT lit at all. It would be nice if those could be seen in the dark. It is lovely otherwise, it works very well, fits perfectly where the old microwave came out and that was very important feature since the place is built in. The power is great for my use , the price was good and I am pleased with this purchase.

Take child lock away and light up panel buttons!!

The child lock is supposed to be something we can deactivate but the written instructions and the visual instructions are totally different steps and neither work so EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to open the door you have to push STOP first then push the open button so decades of not having to do that means automatically pushing OPEN first cussing then pushing STOP then OPEN then stirring your food and accidentally hitting stop instead of start because they are on opposite sides than normal microwaves so now you have to remember where your time was and start all your over. And the button panel is totally dark so even with the door open you can read the panel buttons with bringing a light to it or the room itself. Otherwise it works great.

I’m very disappointed I could of got a less expensive one I ordered this one because in the features it listed at 1100w but really is only a 1000 w, I already have a 1000w microwave, I was upgrading it so I thought, Ido like the black and silver, old one was red so I did update my color, it looks good in my space and it works so I’m keeping it, disappointed

Loud and no door handle

So far do good. It’s loud, but I can deal with that. The opening of the door is awkward. You have to give the button a firm push for it to open on its own. Most times you’ll need your other hand to pull it open. There is no handle on the door either. Otherwise, all is good!

Breaking up at 6 months!!

In Dec 2025 I left a 4 star review after purchase based on good appearance. Six months later the appliance is starting to break up: 1) the "0" button is starting to fail, requiring extra force to activate. 2)The door rattles when oven is turned on - like a screw loosened, but its screws are not accessible. I will attempt, try and pray to get warranty service.
