Nice Microwave

The child safety lock can be turned off. A lot of the negative reviews surrounding this wouldn't exist if they read the little quick start guide that is taped to the door. You just press STOP, START, and POWER at the same time. Other than that, this is a nice microwave.

Works well but with quirks on the controls

It does not have a time cook button. To get it, press the power button once (to start at 100%) followed by the desired time. You can not program a two stage cooking cycle either. But for the price and the stainless steel appearance .... its ok,

Great price

This microwave was a great price for its size. As for functionality, It does take some getting use to because you must hit the "End" button before you are allowed to open the door. I personally do not like that. I was a little disappointed when I opened the box because I expected a stainless steel microwave. While the front of the microwave is stainless steel, the sides are black. I decided that is something I can live with for the low price. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

Works but has issues....

Door wont open until you push stop button. Sometimes even twice. On line there us a way to program this out. Power is okay. It is pretty noisy. The aluminum front trim by the stop button is detaching, only after a few weeks. I wouldn't buy this again.

I would not recommend this microwave

Very difficult to figure out how to do anything on the microwave! I have trouble setting the clock & the 'baby proof' door fix...doesn't work. It also keeps turning itself off...the power just randomly goes out, & it's not usable.

Not reliable. Failed after 2 years

Bought this unit and picked it up on Nov 24, 2023. 2 years and 6 months later (May 2026) the display failed. some buttons including Start would not work. After a few weeks, the whole thing would not work. Unplugging, waiting, and plugging it back didn't help

I don't like that it doesn't have a handle and just now I put in a bag of microwave popcorn and the unit started making a grinding noise. I looked through the window and it had a flame coming out of the right side. You have to push stop two times before the door will pop open and white smoke billowed out. The popcorn bag was burning hot and only half cooked but smelled burnt. There is a burn mark over the silver square by where the light shines through. I bought the eleven dollar two year allstate warranty that was offered. I do NOT recommend this product. My child saw the bag of popcorn on the counter and tried to eat a piece and he said it shocked his tongue. Scary and dangerous!

Unsafe oven

After 2 months of use, MW would not turn off when stop button was pressed, it kept on cooking, finally I had to unplug MW to stop heating, this happen twice. Also door opened when MW was on and it kept cooking while door was open. Generally malfunctioned and is unsafe.
