I have always taken Calcium Citrate vs Calcium Carbonate please note that these need to be cut in half. They are bigger than any I have taken in the past 20 years. So make sure you gave a pill cutter!

Citracal arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It is Doctor recommend. The caplets are huge, but if you have no difficulty swallowing, they provide calcium and multi-vitamins.

Larger size, I have never seen this size in the store. Normally I buy the smaller bottle but this one will last much longer, which means less trips to the store.
