I take it at night, and it gives me terrible heartburn. After my next bone scan I'll decide if it's worth the 3 stars I gave it.

The size of the Citracal package you can get at Sam's Club saves time having to shop monthly at other stores. Critical is a great product because your body can absorb the calcium more easily than other calcium products.
