I love the fact that Citracal Maximum Plus contains cloth calcium and Vitamin D. I would rate it 5 stars if the caplets weren’t so big. I’ve tried cutting them in half so they’d be easier to swallow, but I wish I didn’t have to do that.

Bought this because I thought the tablets were smaller. They are not and now I have to swallow 2 big pills. But it was my mistake. Only about a 100 doses to go.

First I just got an email saying the products "were returned". No explanation, reason or if they were going to replace and send out the order. I had to take my time at work and call and they said the items were "damaged" and did I want them to be replaced? If I had not called I just would not have received them and would be waiting and wondering where they were. Terrible customer service. the replacement 2 bottles of Citrical came in a box that was open, did not have my name or address on it - it looked like a box they used for another delivery that was much too big for the items so the bottles were rolling around and some of the capsules were broken. I kept the items bc the bottles were sealed and I did not want to have to go through the bother of returning them. I do not recommend ordering any medical type products for delivery from Sam's Club.

I am always looking for smaller pills. Thought these would be smaller because they are called caplets, and you take 2 per day, not one. This is not the case, they are significantly larger than the other major brand which only requires 1 pill per day. Waste of money because of size for me.

This is a great price! You get alot in each bottle so it last a long time. With gas prices soaring you dont have to go to the store as much! Even better they deliver! Being a Plus Member is well worth it because free delivery is covered. That makes them even a better deal.

The Store for the first time in more than a decade, since I am taking Citracal ran out, the shelves were empty and had no answers for me. Two workers didn’t know if the item was discontinued and I kept asking around. I went to Customer Service and they suggested to check online and, I did. I pray this review will help bring it back to the Store on University Dr, 5156 Holmes Ave NW, Huntst, AL 35816.

Description says....Take one with breakfast and don't worry about your bone strength or skeletal health for the rest of the day. Wake up tomorrow, take another one. The bottle says 1 serving is 2 tablets and take them twice daily. (4/day) Big difference. They need to correct.

There are two versions of this vitamin: one with zinc and one without. The website here shows without but when purchasing, it is the one WITH Zinc. Many people have trouble taking zinc, even with food. It makes me puke personally. Poor advertising on Sam’s part for not specifying all vitamins and their dosages of their product. Kind of a must for vitamins!

I take meds and supplements, and am used to horse pills. However, I need four of these horse pills per day to get the amount of calcium the doctor recommends. Can’t take this with my other Horse pills – too big. Have to remember not to take them in one hand— I choke. And that was only taking one in the morning and one in the evening— not the four per day required.

This is a perfect size bottle for those of us needing to include extra calcium into our lifestyle
