Very happy with this product. Have been using it for years but just started purchasing through Sam's for a better price than I have paid in the past.

I'm sure the product is fine. I didn't know when i ordered it, however that four have to be taken a day. I'm not good with taking four tablets of anything a day. I will read more carefully next time.

Highly absorbable and necessary for bone health. A supplement that assures you that if you are not getting it in your diet you will benefit from taking this supplement.

Citracal has been my go-to supplement for many years and has never let me down. The quality and price are still good and I will continue to purchase.

Its supposed to help with building your bones from breaking. Not sure if its helped or not yet. One negative is the pills are very large and difficult to swallow.

HARD TO SWALLOW

Description says....Take one with breakfast and don't worry about your bone strength or skeletal health for the rest of the day. Wake up tomorrow, take another one. The bottle says 1 serving is 2 tablets and take them twice daily. (4/day) Big difference. They need to correct.

I take meds and supplements, and am used to horse pills. However, I need four of these horse pills per day to get the amount of calcium the doctor recommends. Can’t take this with my other Horse pills – too big. Have to remember not to take them in one hand— I choke. And that was only taking one in the morning and one in the evening— not the four per day required.

There are two versions of this vitamin: one with zinc and one without. The website here shows without but when purchasing, it is the one WITH Zinc. Many people have trouble taking zinc, even with food. It makes me puke personally. Poor advertising on Sam’s part for not specifying all vitamins and their dosages of their product. Kind of a must for vitamins!

I am always looking for smaller pills. Thought these would be smaller because they are called caplets, and you take 2 per day, not one. This is not the case, they are significantly larger than the other major brand which only requires 1 pill per day. Waste of money because of size for me.
