Cheap made

I bought this set of pots, bc I bought a set years ago and they were great. Thinking they were of the same quality, I bought a set before Christmas, they are cheap made, light weight and already scratched. Only used a few times. I’m glad I kept my old set, bc these are a waste of money.

horrible

after a year the non stick coating is peeling off the rims and when cooking in the frying pans food sticks

We have some tips for you to maintain the nonstick performance. 1) Always cook on LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT. 2) HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED though the set is DISHWASHER SAFE. 3) Always cool down to room temperature before hand washing. Besides, please close the pots carefully with glass lid to avoid the metal rim damage the nonstick coating on the rim. However, here are some tips for you to make the pans nonstick again. 1) Hand wash your pans with vinegar or warm water. 2)Pour oil on the pans and use a brush to make the oil spread evenly onto the surface. 3) Heat the oil with low to medium heat until the smoke rises from the inside out. 4) Cool the pans down to room temperature, then wipe out the extra oil with a cloth.

Not For Me Purchased 3/26/24

Purchased 3/26/24. Starting slowly stick and we let that go. As time past, it got worse. Now non stick coat clearly is coming off.

We're for this experience with the cookware, Dalila. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Here are some other tips to protect the set. 1) Always cook on low to medium heat. 2) Avoid the open fire climbing up the body walls. 3)Avoid sudden temperature changes (Thermal Shock) on the cookware itself. Always let cookware cool down to room temperature before washing. Dishwasher faded the outside

I love the pans but when I got them out of the dishwasher the sauce pans faded on the outside. Other than that they are great.

Hello, The cookware is dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended becomes sometimes dishwashing detergents contain chemicals. Dishwashing can cause the hard-anodized exterior of the aluminum vessel to fade and/or discolor. The fading/discoloration is aesthetic and does not affect the performance of the cookware.
