i wrote a pretty awful review of this product a month ago - surprise it got lost in the mail. My review said these blades gave a smooth shave but I needed to shave a second time with a fusion blade to remove stubble. In a nutshell -- don't waste your money. Best you lose this review too.

I have fairly tough facial stubble and was able to cut through without any razor bumps or irritation. With my normal razor, it always end up with 1-2 nicks, razor burns and or spots that I need to shave again. With the Gillette SkinGuard Razor, I was able to shave without the painful burns and nicks. Even more amazed on how close the shave was.

I first shaved when I was 16 and have been doing it for more than 20 years now. When Dorco first made a six-blades razor, I pre-ordered one. I believe that, in one day, there will be a 100-blades razor, and shaving will be smooth ever. I was wrong. This razor by Gillette is composed of only two blades, but this is the best one ever in my life.

I have really sensitive skin so it was difficult to find a good razor that fits my needs, but the Gillette SkinGuard Blade sure solved this problem! It is smooth and does not irritate my skin. The blades are no where in sight and are very small. I do not feel scared while shaving anymore! It's easy to clean too! Just simply a good product. A strong recommend from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great razor for sensitive skin like mine. The blade glides effortlessly and didn't cause me any irritation. The lubricating strip works well which I love. I was not aware of this Gillette razor prior to receiving it but I'm so glad it is since I will be using this from now on. I've used other brands of sensitive razors before but this one is by far the best. The handle is very comfortable to hold and it is easy to use. I got a very smooth shave with it and I didn't get any cuts from the blades. I highly recommend this razor and it now my new favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First razor I didn't get razor burn!! I am so happy with this razor I am buying more. I have a beard as well and the precision blade is wonderful. Makes me look clean everyday. I got to try out this razor and it won me over. The ingrown hairs were and issue, the razor burn made shaving miserable. Ive used the razor 5 days straight with no red bumps.

Normally I can take Gillette razors with one swipe and all the hair comes right off. With this razor had to go over the area several times to get that smooth feeling. I would not buy this particular razor. I gave this razor at least 3 stars, because even though the blades were awful, the handful was very comfortable and easy to handle.
