[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great razor and one of the best I have tried in a long while! It is comfortable to hold, easy to rinse and easy to use. Best of all it gives me a close shave and I have not experienced any cuts or irritation!

After receiving the 4 pack of razors i let my beard grow for 5 days and then used one. The shave was horrible. After applying shaving cream i used one of the 4 razors. It pulled my hair and left stubble everywhere and gave me razor burn. Even after a second shave i still didn't have a clean face. Thinking that maybe I let the hair grow too much I then wait three days and used a second razor with the same results. By this time I was completely discouraged but decided to give these razors one more chance so i let my beard grow just one day and then used the 3rd of 4 razors. The results were basically the same with slightly less stubble than the previous two. Needless to say I did not sue the fourth razor. I suppose that it is possible that the blades had a defect during manufacture but who knows. I had not heard of the Gillette CustomPlus3 system before this test but I can say that i would not recommend this product nor would i buy it. The only redeeming quality is that the handles were designed very well and fit comfortably in the hand.

There is also a Precision Trimmer for sideburns. People who have very sensitive skin need to definitely give this a try. It is so smooth on the skin. Forget about Skin irritation or razor bumps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blade was very sharp and felt smooth against my face. However the attachment point between the blade and the razor seemed flimsy and the blade seemed floppy when not actively shaving. What I really didn't like is that the second day I went to use the razor the white strip on the bottom of the blade was stuck to the counter. If you don't dry the blade and/or store it vertically without touching anything the conditioning strip becomes very tacky. After it was stuck, the blade didn't feel as comfortable when shaving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Received this product about a week ago I have never used this razor before now I might be buying more Gillette razors because it was the best razor I have ever used I didn't get any bumps after using it my skin is so sensitive and it was perfect I would definitely recommend this razor no stubbles left behind it was perfect and left feeling smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle is very comfortable. It is easy to change the blades on it without struggle. Which is good, I had to change the first one after a short use before it seemed dull. However the next blades I put in were great and gave a nice close shave without any irritation or worry of knicking myself.

I am a frequent shaver and like most guys, simply hated the process of shaving. My face was always prone to bumps and itching/irritation no matter what brand or how much I spent on razors. Saw an ad for the skin guard razor and it has changed my life. I actually look forward to shaving now and enjoy the irritation free shave. BTW I use the pure shaving gel and I love that too. Great smell and makes my skin feel great...Only downside is that its not quite as close of a shave as I would like but still gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Gillette SkinGuard razor for three weeks now. I'm a female and I used it mainly for my legs and underarms. I like that I was able to get a close shave without razor burn. The handle to the razor is sturdy and fits well in my hand without slipping. I like the 2 blades per cartridge, just enough for my needs.

This was my first time using this razor and it was brand new. Everything was going fine until the rubber handle of the razor slipped out of my grip and slashed my leg! It wasn’t even the actual razor part that cut me but the CORNER of the razor. I had been using dollar tree razors since then and they have given me small cuts before but NEVER large ones like this razor gave me and NEVER because of something that wasn’t even my fault. The only reason I ever cut myself from a dollar tree razor was because I was shaving too quickly but this time I wasn’t. I had nowhere to go and decided to take my time and it still cut me. It’s pretty unbelievable that a razor like this cut me this bad. Won’t be purchasing again ofc and am just gonna stick with dollar tree razors from now on.
