[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These razor blades are awesome! There is 5 blades so it leaves a smooth shave. The moisturizer strips on the top and bottom leave your face so soft. There is also a blade along the top of the razor to get those sharp edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally shave twice a week , so when I shave I have a bit of a stubble. I sometimes have razor burns and the existing Gillette blades that I use gives me a clean shave but also sometimes tugs at the hair. Using these blades instead, I experienced a noticeable difference. Though it took a couple more strokes than my existing razor due to lesser number of blades, it also gave a smoother and more comfortable shave. The 2 blades are separated by a plastic peg which is smooth against the skin and avoids pulling and tugging of hair. There is also an additional lubricating strip at the bottom making it glide on skin. The precision blade at the back is handy as well. It also fits my existing Gillette Fusion handle sans the pivoting head. Its a good change up razor blade for when you want a comfortable shave rather than a quick close shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Different than any other razor I've used. Has a skinguard in the middle of the blades to help reduce skin tugs and pulls. The lubricating strip works well, and really allows the razor to glide smoothly. Seems to cut closer than my 5 blade razor, even those it has less blades. Was comfortable to hold, and pivoted well. I'll definitely look for refills to be able to use the razor more. I was aware of sensitive razors, but nothing with the skinguard like this one has. I'd recommend this razor to people with sensitive skin, or who are looking for something a little different to see if it cuts better for them.

Being a very loyal Gillette customer, I have to say that I am very disappointed with this new product. I was very excited at 1st because unfortunately I do have very sensitive skin. That is the reason behind me using men's razors. I use Gillette usually, So there was no hesitation from me about buying the skin guard blades. I'm just so disappointed. After having to shave the same spot at least 3 times to get it smooth, I just started having to use a straight razor on the back.

I always get razor bumps on my neck Everytime I shave no matter what razor or shaving cream I use. I bought this not expecting it to help but i was wrong The smoothest shave I've ever had no tug no nothing I had to double check to make sure it got the hair it was so smooth. No razor burn at all this a miracle gift to men who have sensitive skin

This SkinGaurd Blade worked flawlessly around my goatee with little effort and didn't leave my skin marked up from being sensitive. I was pleased it worked as advertised with no razor burn. I also didn't have to press real hard like i did with the "shave club" razors. The blade stayed sharp for a long time. This is a keeper :)

When I first used the Gillette SkinGuard Razor I was amazed at how comfortable it was to hold and what a smooth , close shave I got. Then my wife used it for her legs and Ioved it! I used it for my face again and thought it would not give me the same shave as the first time however, I am still using it and each shave is the same as the first even with my wife using it again. We each have used it for about two weeks and it's still giving a smooth, close shave with no cuts or burning.

I've tried other company's razors, but always come back to the company with razors that cause me the least skin trouble, plus has refill blades I can use for multiple shaves. This is a GREAT blade. My skin feels nice and smooth, with minimal razor burn or nicks, even after a couple of shaves with the same blade. I don't like how much plastic the packing includes, and I wish the company could find a more eco-friendly way to protect the refill blades; I actually might change my blades more often if it meant less plastic waste.

What makes these Gillette blades unique is it has a SkinGuard in between the blades. The guard helps to flatten my skin so it doesn't become irritated. The blades are spaced apart at an optimal distance to reduce the amount of pulling and tugging I experience while shaving, which has eliminated my bleeding issues. Before, my skin felt rough and raw due to shaving, and now it feels smooth. My wife loves it! If you have sensitive skin, and you're looking for a new razor blade, I absolutely recommend trying out the Gillette SkinGuard Blade. Nothing else worked for me before it. Now I can shave everyday and look presentable, and my skin is smooth and bump free. I'm so thankful I learned about this product.
