[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These blades are great for everyday use. They give a nice clean and sensitive shave. If you are like me though and go more than a day without shaving then they don't give as close a shave as razors with more blades. I found these blades to be great on my chin and cheek areas, going around the curves. I usually get nicked up in these areas, but this blade glided very smoothly and didn't catch or nick me. If you need a blade for sensitive skin, then look no further.

With the Gillette Skinguard Razor, I did not have that problem. I was pleasantly surprised! This is great razor, and the blades are spaced perfectly for no rash. Highly recommend this for people who have sensitive skin.

My skin is usually a little red after shaving with other razors but not this one. I was very impressed. The handle is very sturdy and is shaped great for shaving. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially with sensitive skin and will be looking for this next time I need a razor.

I would not buy the Gillette SkinGuard Razor Handle & Blade Refill myself. The lotion was gooey and the bottom SkinGuard came off. I was not aware of the Gillette SkinGuard Razor Handle & Blade Refill before participating in this program so thank you for letting me try it but I will pass on purchasing them. I would not recommend the Gillette SkinGuard Razor Handle & Blade Refill to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from sensitive skin with ingrown hairs when I shave, and I've always struggled to find a blade that truly helped this. I kept going up in blade count thinking I need a closer, smoother shave but it only seemed to make it worse. So I dropped my blade count down to 3 and while it worked better than my 4 blade, I still occasionally suffered from razor burn and ingrown hairs. When I received the SkinGuard razor, I thought the idea of spacing out the blades was an interesting approach. WOW. What a difference that small a change makes. It was an effortless shave (like my 4 blade razor), cut the hair easy and cleanly but it didn't leave my skin irritated or with ingrown hairs. I've used it 4 times now and every time it's a great shave. I found my new razor! I will say that the end result is not as close or smooth a shave as my 4 blade razor did, but again this was not my objective. I just wanted a clean shave without red, irritated spots. I'm so glad to see the brand rethink the design as a whole vs. just adding more blades.

The Blades glide over the skin and completely shave the hair off, I have coarse facial hair and these plow right through.

I have to shave daily due to thick facial hair, so any type of razor burn really hurts. So far I have used this razor for 5 days and no issues at all. I have always been a Gillette razor fan, but didn't realize this product existed. I highly recommend for anyone that has issues, even if you don't, it's a close shave that makes your skin feel really good after.
