I saw a review of this razor and wanted to give it a try. I’ve had adult acne for years (I’m 31) related to dry skin/ sensitivity to razors. My worst experience was a 5 blade razor. This razor has been a game changer! My face looks better than ever. It has a moisturizing bar on both sides of the razor and they are separated, so the shave is still close. I even up-shave with it, and have no problems. This is a very high quality razor- my razor for life- I’ll never buy another.

I am a big user of Schick Razors and I've been using them for a while. I use the sensitive skin razors so when I tried these I was very impressed at how well they did to keep my skin soft and free of any razor bumps or burn. The true test was using it on my head. This razor gave me a perfect and close shave without nicking my scalp. That was the true test of the ability of this razor. I would highly recommend using this razor for all those head Shaver's out there.

I have always been a fan of Gillette quality and the handle is what you come to expect from the years of expertise! Well balanced and weighted with a swivel head design easy to use and clean.. Looks like advanced tech without the batteries or cords:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The simplification of the two-bladed razor with the additions of the 'skinguard' between the two blades (to keep them from shaving too close to the skin) and the addition of the lubrication strips before and after the blades that help it glide over the skin easily, makes it a perfect combo. There's a nice addition of a single trimming blade at the edge to keep those lines straight, too! I've been shaving with it for a couple weeks now, and have decided that I'll be buying this razor from now on.

I also love the "quick" release button for the blade. I usually tap my razor to get the hair out in the sink and the blade doesn't fall off like others I've tried. I know that's a big NO NO to razors but I'm pleased I can do it without hurting the razor handle or blade. I highly recommend :)

I have been shaving now for some 60 years when my Boarding school in Groton ,MA had the people come out from Yardley's in Boston and teach us how to shave. At that time it was a Gillette DE razor,shaving brush and the old wooden bowl Yardley's shaving cream. I then went to the Gillette adjustable ,Tach 2, Mach 3 and the Pro shield , and now the SkinGuard. I only wish I had it 60 years ago.Most comfortable shave EVER. No pulling or ingrown hairs. A pleasure to shave now. Very smooth on the face.It's amazing you don't think the blade is cutting but after your through your face is SO smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 73 and have tried all the different razors out there. The Skinguard is without a doubt the best shave I've ever had. It was like shaving without a blade. Great product, I'll be buying again.

The only good thing I can say about the Skinguard razor is that you sent it to me free in the mail. I tried this razor and it took 7, 8 or 10 passes and still left me stubled. I finally gave up and threw it out of the shower for a razor that actually works. Free isn't even a fair price for trash.

I shave my head also and this blad also worked very well for that , I am used to getting knicks and cuts with other blades, but had no problems withthis one at all. I will recommend and will be buying!!
