I also have facial hairs that grow in different directions in my beard area. These razors were able to handle giving me a very close shave, handle the hairs growing in different directions on bumpy skin, & I didn't get any razor bumps or ingrown hairs. They are easy to replace - no complex removal and reapplication. This razor is an excellent purchase!

I shaved my face with it daily and the shave was close to the skin and made my skin feel very soft I also noticed that I had less razor bumps than usual. The trimmer part made it easy for me to shape my mustache. I would definitely recommend this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blade was a surprise when I looked at it to be honest. Most of the time when you see a new razor these days come out the selling point is a new blade addition and it feels like we should be at about 12 blades now. The SkinGuard blade is an interesting change of pace as it only has two blades and the SkinGuard strategically placed between the two blades. I found shaving with this blade to be a very nice experience. I tend to have issues with razor burn and bumps when shaving and haven't had a lot of luck out of cartridge razors when it comes to solving this issue. The SkinGuard worked very well on both my face and my head. There were no issues with razor burn or irritation afterwards with this setup and I found myself still shocked at the two blade setup. There is plenty of space between blades and the guards that clogging was not an issue and I found rinsing very easy to do with this head. I will be looking to get replacements heads for this as I really do enjoy the shave that I get out of this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is easily one of the best I've used! It is so smooth, It glides very easily and doesn't drag at all. I have very sensitive skin and always have razor burn but after using this razor and coconut oil, absolutely no burn! I don't know how well they wear, I just started shaving with it but if it continues to be this smooth I will definitely be switching to this razor. The handle is a little slim for my hands but with good grip. The blades contour to the skin so well and bends easily.

I was surprised to see a razor from Gillette with 2 blades and was skeptical about how efficient it is. It has SkinGaurd that is positioned between the 2 blades to prevent skin irritations, and skin burns. I am used to shave using 3 to 5 blades razors so using a 2 blades razor was a bit off for me. After receiving a free sample and trying the new Gillette SkinGuard Razor, I got smooth shave with no irritation, burns or cuts. Today is my fourth day using this razor and the blades still in good shape and give close smooth shave. The lubricated SkinGuard is helping keeping my skin protected and shield my skin from irritation. I have been shaving now for some 60 years when my Boarding school in Groton ,MA had the people come out from Yardley's in Boston and teach us how to shave. At that time it was a Gillette DE razor,shaving brush and the old wooden bowl Yardley's shaving cream. I then went to the Gillette adjustable ,Tach 2, Mach 3 and the Pro shield , and now the SkinGuard. I only wish I had it 60 years ago.Most comfortable shave EVER. No pulling or ingrown hairs. A pleasure to shave now. Very smooth on the face.It's amazing you don't think the blade is cutting but after your through your face is SO smooth.

I bought this 2 months ago during a military exercise I started having break outs on my face using the DSC brand so I had to get something else. I bought this blade and I have never had a razor shave with the ease of this one. No pulls no nicks and it even shaved effortlessly and close enough for army standards. Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had issues with irritated skin and razor burn until I tried Skinguard. .I like it a lot, I am one of those who has very thick and coarse facial hair which makes it very difficult for me to shave but with the gillette skin guard razor, its movable head reaches where other blades can not, definitely recommended.

I shave my head also and this blad also worked very well for that , I am used to getting knicks and cuts with other blades, but had no problems withthis one at all.
