You can hardly feel the razor as it glides completely effortlessly over my skin and hairs, while lubricating before and after the blades in order to protect sensitive skin and prevent any irritations and razor bumps. I love how close of a shave I get with this razor! After using this razor there is no stubble at all left behind, and I don't have to worry about double checking the hard to shave areas, such as under my nose and around the chin area, as the swiveling razor head is very easy to maneuver. Using this razor leaves me with baby soft and smooth skin, no irritations whatsoever. I highly recommend this razor! With my normal razor, it always end up with 1-2 nicks, razor burns and or spots that I need to shave again. With the Gillette SkinGuard Razor, I was able to shave without the painful burns and nicks. I never heard of this skinguard razor before . I regularly use other Gillette razors , and I always have a good close ,smooth shave ... Most of the time . That wasn't really the case with the skinguard razor . It almost feels like it's not really getting a close shave . When I was finished ,my face was clear and no nicks or cuts either. I would recommend this skinguard razor ,and purchase in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a long time since I've used anything but my traditional double-edge safety razor. And the last time I used a razor from Gillette was many years ago, and it was the Sensor Excel. I was a little skeptical of this product -- its angles were odd to me. It felt too light as I used it, so I was unsure how much pressure to apply to avoid cutting myself. It shaved pretty well, even after a few days of growth, at least when shaving "with the grain". Shaving in other directions seemed to pull more than my normal razor, but it got the job done. This seems like it might be a good razor for travel since it would be permitted in a carry-on bag and seems like it might be a better value in the long run than cheap disposables.

I've used this three times already and I really like it. Due to a medical condition my face was so dry and peeling it would wake me up at night. Previously when I shaved my my face was red and inflamed and irritated. This shaver along with radically changing My diet has eliminated all facial discomfort. I will continue to use this shaver as long as you make it. Thank you for a great product now don't let this go to your head and raise the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this razor as part of a program for me to review it. That aside here's my honest review of the product. Frankly, it was better than I was expecting. I had low expectations seeing as how it's only two blades in the same frame as the 5 blade Fusion. However, it performed admirably. I normally shave with a double edge safety razor and while this definitely wasn't as close or precise, it shaved closer than I was expecting and left me with very little if any, irritation. Having the blades further apart really did help and I didn't feel the normal tug. If it was free or as cheap as using a double edge razor, I might consider using this on a more permanent basis, especially when I have a beard and am only shaving my neck and cheeks. However, the price point will probably keep this from being my regular razor. But if you struggle with razor burn, want something a little less aggressive than a double edge, and don't mind spending the money on it, then this is your razor.

It only has 2 blades that are perfectly spaced and skin guards that keeps the razor from getting deep on the skin. My face cleared up the first time that it was used. All bumps were gone by the second shave with this razor. If you are having razor bump problems, definitely give this razor a try.
