[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great razor - durable, high quality, comfortable to hold in my hand, and effective at giving me a close shave WITHOUT any irritation or razor bumps. My skin can be sensitive at times so using a high quality razor is critical to prevent irritation. I didn't experience any redness, razor bumps, etc whatsoever. The handle feels sturdy unlike many other brands that just feel awkward or flimsy. I think I have tried nearly every brand on the market and this is definitely up there as one of the best I have tried in terms of closeness of shave and irritation prevention. Great razor!

I do get a closer shave over my normal name brand shaver, so it does seem worth the different price for it. I would try it again and might recommend if asked about it or see it on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor has a very comfortable slip free handle. I have no problems holding onto it in the shower even with soapy, foamy hands. The rubbery grips have grooves that are great for being able to hold it in the shower. I absolutely love this razor. It is much better than another brand my wife bought me not long ago. Definitely my new favorite.

My wife even used it on her legs and has already added this exact razor to her shopping list. This razor is simply amazing and yet, there's very little simplicity behind the design of this razor. With its' built-in skinguard in between the blades, you truly can get an excellent shave with no redness, bumps, etc. during and afterwards! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor was fantastic at not cutting my skin, the SkinGuard part worked very well even though I wasn't sure at first what it would do to help. My skin had a much closer, smoother shave than normal and I didn't have to keep going over the same spot, irritating it. Overall I would definitely continue using this razor as it seems to be as close to perfect as a razor can get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sensitive skin & I get ingrown hairs very easily. I have an area on my face that was burned, so the skin texture is uneven & bumpy. I also have facial hairs that grow in different directions in my beard area. These razors were able to handle giving me a very close shave, handle the hairs growing in different directions on bumpy skin, & I didn't get any razor bumps or ingrown hairs. They are easy to replace - no complex removal and reapplication. This razor is an excellent purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skinguard blade doesn't have as many blades as some of the other modern straight razors do, but the ones that it does have work very well. I didn't know about this particular model of blade before, but I'm impressed by it. The shave was smooth and my skin wasn't irritated whatsoever. I'd definitely recommend these blades to anyone, but they're great for sensitive skin.

I bought this razor because I thought it would be awesome for sensitivity since all the Gillette five razors are the best!!!and are awesome razors!! but this is the worst I have ever used . what a waste of money !!I wish I would’ve brought the Fusion 5

Gillette kindly sent me one of these razors to try and OMG ITS INCREDIBLE! I have tried so many razors in my lifetime and this is the only one that "WOW'd" me! I have never been so impressed with a razor to the point of wanting to leave a review. My man said it was going to tug and pull when he looked at it, I could not believe there was absolutely no tugging or pulling, I didn't have to stretch my skin out to get a smooth tug free shave! It's so amazing for those "sensitive" areas! I will never stop using this razor! You have to try this ladies and gents! Send me more Gillette!
