I used to shave with a safety razor, until several years ago when my doctor put me on blood thinners. The slightest nick would leave me bleeding for two to three hours. I switched to an electric razor. Then, on a whim, I tried a SkinGuard Razor.........WOW!! Finally, the comfort AND the close shave of a blade !!! Thank you Gillette !!!

I didn't honestly believe the sensitive skin part of the label because many sensitive skin things still cause a reaction but this actually didn't. Even after my 4th use its still glides nicely and its sharp. So sharp I accidentally cut my finger when I realised I didn't put the cover back on. Definitely recommend!

I have been shaving for almost twenty five years and I have been shaving my head for three years. I have tried endless razors that give a close shave without skin irritation with no luck, until now. Not only do I get the closest shave ever, no nicks, no irritation at all. Almost can't tell I have shaved, and I have very sensitive skin. Thank you so much for the best Frazier ever. The razor worked very well for the first several days. Never had a nick or a cut like I do with other Gillette products. The shave was similarly close to other Gillette products. I'm a black man that's accepted over the years skin irritation ,razor bumps and razor burns from shaving ...Gillette skin guard razors have changed my shaving experience. ..the razors glide over your skin so smooth it makes you question is this thing working ..with the grain against the grain same result ...truly a game changer ...would recommend for all men in particular black man.

My husbands suffers from sensitive skin. When he shaves his face, he tends to break out in a razor rash and gets very irritated throughout his face and neck. My husband had no trouble with those issues after using this product however. He already has it on the list for our next shopping trip. We were actually introduced to this product through a sample program called Viewpoints. Had it not been for this program, we would likely not have been lucky enough to find it! I really recommend this brand for both genders, I did not have no razor bumps or any icky rashes like female razors give me. I love this brand that I will be buying again.

I do not have a lot of hair and it is not thick so this recommendation is for the average person with an average amount of hair. The razor was comfortable to hold and use and gave me a good clean shave without any nicks or cuts or bumps. I had never heard of this specific razor but I have used Gillette in the past and have had good experience with the company. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new razor.
