I have battled with skin rash, injuries, diseases and a thick beard my entire life and I was about to finally give up on razors forever when I saw this simply idea. Less blade contact. I have been using these since early 2020 and they have never irritated or cut my skin. This normally happens every time I shave. Thanks so much for this wonderful product.

The extra protection that surround the blades, makes my shave more enjoyable, and I shave my face and head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Gillette SkinGuard Razor! I have sensitive skin and most razors leave me cut up and rashy. This one actually did what it was supposed to do! No cuts, no irritated skin! It might not give as close a shave as others right off the bat, but after a second swipe of an area, it does the trick - a small trade off for not having my neck feel like it's on fire! I definitely would continue using this razor in place of my old Gillette PowerGlide. Definitely an upgrade!

Light handle that is comfortable to hold while shaving. I loved the smoothness of the shave when done. I am definitely sold on this one for sure. I will continue to use this razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this blade it did not feel like I was shaving, and yet the blade was working. You do not feel the blade. The guard is top notch. It is the best, smooth shaved I have ever experienced. This is a magic shave!

I appreciate only having to buy refill blades and not the whole razor. I would highly recommend this razor handle! I have written a separate review for the Gillette SkinGuard razor blade.

This is a fabulous razor for us sensitive skin guys. I had a carotid endarterectomy almost 2 months ago which means I have a 3 inch incision on the right side of my neck. I've been able to shave albeit very carefully since the third day after the procedure. I have nicked the incision a couple times but no big issue. I've been using a SkinGuard for about two weeks - no nicks or irritation anywhere even on endarterectomy scar! I can shave normally again! As others have mentioned it does not shave as close as other razors such as my Mach 3 Turbo. It does shave closer than ANY of the electrics I have used. I am more than willing to give up closeness to have an irritation free shave! So if irritation relief is more important to you than closeness, RUN, don't walk to nearest store and pickup a SkinGuard. You won't be sorry! BTW- these blades work with any Fusion handle.

However, after using the Gillette SkinGuard Blade for about a month - I love it. It isn't as close a shave as a 5 bladed Gillette razor, but the glidablity and ease of shaving is effortless. I highly recommend.
