This is the first razor Ives used in my life that has not caused razor bumps. As a black man that also has sensitive skin, I’m prone to razor bumps and itchy skin after using any other razor. Kudos to the designer and Gillette for fixing this problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Razor itself is very nice. It is a heavy, metal handle that is sleek and attractive in design. I used the razor during my morning routine of shaving while getting ready in the bathroom. I like the look and feel of the razor very much and will definitely buy refill blade cartridges to continue using it.

I had to use my other razor to shave with because this one wouldn't cut any hair it's very easy to get zero irritation and no tugging or pulling of hair when it doesn't cut any hair worst Gillette product I've ever had very very disappointed I'll never buy anything related to this product again huge waste of money

I was left with a nice smooth surface when done, without any razor burn. I will purchase these again, undoubtedly. I will recommend to everyone I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Received this product about a week ago I have never used this razor before now I might be buying more Gillette razors because it was the best razor I have ever used I didn't get any bumps after using it my skin is so sensitive and it was perfect I would definitely recommend this razor no stubbles left behind it was perfect and left feeling smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat product for those with sensitive skin issues. I have never heard of this type of razor from Gillette. I personally have sensitive skin on my neck and this didn't affect me. Although the razor was gentle, it doesn't provide a close shave, which is not my type. I had to use my normal razor to get the close shave that I desire. The design is neat and cool, but it wasn't my type. I would still recommend because it is gentle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a very smooth shave, with no skin irritation. The handle has a nice weight and the multiple blades ensure I don't miss a spot. My only complaint is that the blade was dull by the third use. With the price of blades, I would really like them to last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this razor for several weeks now, and am very pleased with the results. I was a bit skeptical at first because I've been trained to think that more blades equal a better shave. I usually suffer from pulling and ingrown hairs when I shave, but have not seen either of those issues with this new razor and blade design. It is a very smooth shave and less hair gets trapped in the blades as a bonus. I liked it so much that I got one for my wife and she also thinks it's the best razor she's ever used. I don't think I can go back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to trying this Gillette SkinGuard razor I was using a 4-blade BIC razor and was happy with it overall. This SkinGuard razor only has 2 blades which are spaced quite a ways apart, so far that there's actually a plastic bar in between the blades which is textured such that I think it's supposed to help align the hair for the next blade to pick up. I was surprised that with only two blades it was able to cut just as well as my 4-blade BIC but with the added advantage of not getting clogged up nearly as much. I have thick hair so all multi-bladed razors tend to get clogged up fairly quickly and I'm constantly running them under the shower head and tapping them against the shelf to dislodge the hair. With this razor I barely had to do that at all, just run it under the shower a couple times and that was for doing my entire face and head. I also like that these blades use the same handle as my Gillette ProGlide razor. I didn't really care for the ProGlide blades so I've just had it sitting around not being used. These handles are nice because they're metal so feel solid, but also have rubber grips making them easy to hold. Also, the heads snap on firmly and stay there. I haven't had a head break yet, unlike some other razors where I have to throw them out before the blades dull just because the connection point broke. After two uses of shaving my face and head, the white strip along the top of the blade is almost completely worn down, so I think that part could be improved, made a bit more durable, but other than that I really like these blades.
