[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this razor as part of a program for me to review it. That aside here's my honest review of the product. Frankly, it was better than I was expecting. I had low expectations seeing as how it's only two blades in the same frame as the 5 blade Fusion. However, it performed admirably. I normally shave with a double edge safety razor and while this definitely wasn't as close or precise, it shaved closer than I was expecting and left me with very little if any, irritation. Having the blades further apart really did help and I didn't feel the normal tug. If it was free or as cheap as using a double edge razor, I might consider using this on a more permanent basis, especially when I have a beard and am only shaving my neck and cheeks. However, the price point will probably keep this from being my regular razor. But if you struggle with razor burn, want something a little less aggressive than a double edge, and don't mind spending the money on it, then this is your razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette SkinGuard Blades works amazing for not giving me razor burns, razor bumps, or the rash that you can get after shaving. Gillette SkinGuard kit has been the best product I've ever tired for controlling my sensitive skin. I think this product would be better if it had 3 blades instead of 2 because the extra blade would provide a closer shave.

I had to use my other razor to shave with because this one wouldn't cut any hair it's very easy to get zero irritation and no tugging or pulling of hair when it doesn't cut any hair worst Gillette product I've ever had very very disappointed I'll never buy anything related to this product again huge waste of money

My only small complaint is that similar to the Fusion Blades, the overall size of the blade relative to my face seems large. However, I experienced zero tugging or pulling of the hairs and the blades were so sharp that I never even felt them cut the hairs. It was amazing. Even better, the next day I had no signs of razor burn or irritation. A few days later I saw these blades when I was in an Art of Shaving location and I bought myself another set of cartridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is the best razor i've ever used, this new razor has a precision trimmer between the razors as a skinguard to reduce irritation which is work great, no bump or burn feels anymore, if you have sensitive skin try this razor is a great choice, very recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle is comfortable and functional in my hand. It's big enough for large hands to grasp and use easily. I like its heavier weight and solidness as I use it. Overall, I think this handle is well designed and lends itself to use very easily!

Just spent the better part of reading week HACKING through my goochfro. I heard that a strand of hair is supposed to be as strong as a piece of steel of the same girth. If that’s the case, my razor must be made from absolute SHARP because theres no way a steel blade would glide through cubic acres of cheek hair as seamlessly as it did. Like a hot knife through liquid ice cubes. Never been a more satisfied customer. #gillette

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grip and handle are nice. It moves and swivels nicely. Handles curves like my chin really well. Does not handle border areas so well - such as the edge of my nostrils, the bottom of my neck and the edge of my sideburns. Maybe this is due to the width/breadth of the blade cartridge with both lubrication stripes. It feels nice when I shave, but I would rather have just 1 stripe and a more narrow razor that can get the edge areas better.

I was really impressed with it as well. It also soothed my skin with the lotion that was on it. The Gillette SkinGuard Blade is now my go-to razor.
