I do not have a lot of hair and it is not thick so this recommendation is for the average person with an average amount of hair. The razor was comfortable to hold and use and gave me a good clean shave without any nicks or cuts or bumps. I had never heard of this specific razor but I have used Gillette in the past and have had good experience with the company. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being bald, I go through a lot of razors. The Gillette SkinGuard Razor did a good job without leaving the traditional razor bumps. Sandwiched between the two blades is a new SkinGuard. There is also a precision trimmer on the back of the razor. I felt the handle was a little light and easy to drop. Since the blades will fit the Fusion handle, I'm going to try buying these blades and use my Fusion handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great, unique product for those with sensitive skin such as I! It is a great invention and is very useful, but it doesn't give me the close shave I desire. Besides that, it looks great and the price isn't bad in the stores!

I remember trying this new Gillette skinguard, because I may be have sensitive skin for shaving my beard without razor burn or bumps on my face. Also, I enjoyed the after shave lotion to keep my face refreshing and the trimmer for tricky areas, like sideburns, mustache, neckline, and under the nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle is comfortable in the hand and weighted pretty well. The blades are sharp and provide a smooth shave. I don't know how much better it actually is over my mach 3, so I am unsure the cost is justified just yet. So far so good.

There was no redness after shave so I am really happy with the Gillette Skinguard Blade and I would recommend it to others.

When I was little, my younger brother and I used to take the blade out of my dad's snazzy multi-mangle safety razor. We'd lather up with foam first and then scoop it up and off like snow. That's what this razor feels like. I had to check the razor to be sure it didn't have a cap on it and then I felt my skin to see if there were still whiskers. No to both. And no razor burn or ingrown hairs either. Who'd imagine that two blades are better than five? The only thing about this razor that I don't like is that I'll have to do this again tomorrow. C'est la vie!

Using this razor is amazing. It has a great handle to maneuver well and is easy to use. I also like the silver color - it gives a refreshing modern look to razors! Nice razor all in all! I would definitely recommend Gillette SkinGuard to others.

Gillette SkinGuard Razor was real easy to clean off during use and after use. I didn't like the closeness of the shave, I feel like if there was an extra blade the shave would probably be a little closer. I have to shave every other day with this razor.

The Gillette SkinGuard Blade works ok but not as good as other Gillette blades I've used in the past. It won't deter me from using Gillette as they do provide great quality products.
