[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best razor ever. I have tried many brands and always keep coming back to Gillette. I always get a smooth shave with no cuts and minimal irritation with the SkinGuard razor. Love this brand, can't imagine shaving with anything other than Gillette.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this razor. The handle is designed ergonomically and the blade refill goes on and off smoothly. Seems very sturdy and feels like it will last a good amount of time. I work outside all day and, during winter, my face is wind burnt and sensitive. This blade does not cause any irritation and less pulling during my shave. I currently use a subscription blade service for the convenience. Unfortunately, the quality of those products have diminished over the past year. The Gillette blade has a skin guard that works well for its purpose. I was not aware of this new blade prior to receiving it, but I will be looking for it. Would certainly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These blades are the best I have ever used for sensitive skin irritation. I usually breakout after shaving, even if just a little but not with these blades. Gillette has hit the mark with these SkinGuard Blades. I can shave daily with no worries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shave every other day or so. This is enough blades for me to comfortably shave for 2 months. I would say it shaves comfortably for about 7 shaves but I could stretch that out a bit. I do have sensitive skin and these blades do work very well against sensitivity. That explains the reason I have issues after 7 uses. .

I switched from using the Fusion ProGlide series (5 blades) to try this new razor. I I’m having to shave every single day because my little shadow that I have keeps on growing quick with this razor. It’s feels great when it shaves, but it takes multiple strokes to get a certain area. Where as the Fusion takes less strokes and the shave last longer.

I’ve been a Gillette customer all my life. I’ve been using their products, specifically the Fusion blades, to shave my head for many years. For the last 20 years I’ve only been using an electric shaver on my face due to the irritation and razor bumps I would get from using a blade. When I saw these blades I thought I’d give it a try while I was on a long vacation thinking if it didn’t work my face would heal in time for when I return to work. Since using the blades I have not had any issues of irritation or razor bumps. I’ve read other reviews about the lack of closeness for these blades. I would say these blades cut as close as needed to not irritate the skin and cause razor bumps. They are perfect in that sense and I’m happy to start shaving with a blade against my face since my late teenage years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to trying this Gillette SkinGuard razor I was using a 4-blade BIC razor and was happy with it overall. This SkinGuard razor only has 2 blades which are spaced quite a ways apart, so far that there's actually a plastic bar in between the blades which is textured such that I think it's supposed to help align the hair for the next blade to pick up. I was surprised that with only two blades it was able to cut just as well as my 4-blade BIC but with the added advantage of not getting clogged up nearly as much. I have thick hair so all multi-bladed razors tend to get clogged up fairly quickly and I'm constantly running them under the shower head and tapping them against the shelf to dislodge the hair. With this razor I barely had to do that at all, just run it under the shower a couple times and that was for doing my entire face and head. I also like that these blades use the same handle as my Gillette ProGlide razor. I didn't really care for the ProGlide blades so I've just had it sitting around not being used. These handles are nice because they're metal so feel solid, but also have rubber grips making them easy to hold. Also, the heads snap on firmly and stay there. I haven't had a head break yet, unlike some other razors where I have to throw them out before the blades dull just because the connection point broke. After two uses of shaving my face and head, the white strip along the top of the blade is almost completely worn down, so I think that part could be improved, made a bit more durable, but other than that I really like these blades.

I recently cut my dreads and went bad to shaving my head. This razor was by far the best I've used. It gave me an even shave on my not even scalp and didn't nick or cause any irritation. The only downside is I can only use the blade once. But it is one GREAT shave. I have switched and recommended my dad switch too. Unless there is a blade that can offer this quality plus longevity of the blade I will not be switching.

I had to use my other razor to shave with because this one wouldn't cut any hair it's very easy to get zero irritation and no tugging or pulling of hair when it doesn't cut any hair worst Gillette product I've ever had very very disappointed I'll never buy anything related to this product again huge waste of money
