I was certainly wrong in that quick and immature assessment. It is amazing, and I won't be using another blade from now on. I really liked how easy it was to use. I wasn't nervous at all. I am recommending this product at five stars out of five stars. Wow. You owe it to yourself to try this.

With that said, the Gillette skinguard razor has become essential in my shaving. Between the skin guard and the strip at the top that makes my skin feel soft, i haven't had any issues with razor burn or bumps!

The protective casing around blades gives the best shave without any cuts or hair pull. This was the first time I heard of and used this razor and I really liked the new razor design, specially its blades placement, and would definitely buy again. I also like that they come in a case for refills so you don't accidentally cut yourself while changing the blades. Overall these blades provide a nice and close shave without irritation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting this razor to be as lightweight as it is , it fits nice and comfortable in the hand . I never heard of this skinguard razor before . I regularly use other Gillette razors , and I always have a good close ,smooth shave ... Most of the time . That wasn't really the case with the skinguard razor . It almost feels like it's not really getting a close shave . When I was finished ,my face was clear and no nicks or cuts either. I would recommend this skinguard razor ,and purchase in the future.

Never thought I'd shave without my neck bleeding and getting super red for a day. Got used to it as I always had a problem (now 40). Saw the commercial and said, what the heck, I'll spend $ if it actually works. It worked. Putting good razors into the budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this is one of the best razors that I have tried over the many years that I have been saving. First off, it's made very well. It's got good weight to it - it's not cheaply made at all. You can tell this razor is a really great quality. One of the best companies that make razors, never disappoints. The blades are very sharp and they last for many, many shaves. I have been using the same blade for almost two weeks and it still is sharp, still shaves smoothly, and doesn't give me any sort of razor burn or rash. The blade shaves very closely, but doesn't irritate my skin or doesn't give me any razor bumps or razor burn. It's a great razor, I have bee shaving my whole face, under my chin, and my neck area with it and it pivots well even in the creases. Really great razor, I highly recommend it.

I have used all of your blades over the years and while this one is THE MOST COMFORTABLE for my sensitive skin, the shave isn't quite as close as your other blades. Nevertheless, I cannot give up the comfort so I am continuing on with Skinguard. Please take the fragrance OUT of the Pure shave cream. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smooth, close shave that this razor provides is so nice! As someone who mostly has stubble versus a full 5 o'clock shadow, my skin gets very irritated very easily. This razor eliminates that and offers a smooth feeling.
