At first glance it looks like something out of a NASA development lab...2 blades offset by perforated rubber strips. I have struggled with shaving issues related to sensitive skin for over 20 years and I can honestly say, this is the best razor I have used! After a week of daily use, I have had no razor burn, no ingrown hairs, no nicks or cuts. The shave is incredibly comfortable and it doesn't even feel like a traditional shave. I have never heard of this product prior to this program, yet I would definitely make it my daily razor system if it hits my market! I cannot recommend this enough...sensitive skin or not!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw how far apart the blades were, I was really skeptical. How could this possibly give me a good shave? But, the package said the blades were spaced to provide a good shave with less pull and irritation for sensitive skin. I was pleasantly surprised by the shave. There was no pulling and irritation at all. My sensitive skin felt comfortable after a shave for the first time in a while. The shave was not quite as close as I am used to, but the lack of irritation more than makes up for that.

I have been using Gillette razors since I was 10 years old and have sensitive skin. I was very excited to see the new product and purchased it immediately. Unfortunately it does not look up to the advertisement. It does not shave closely and has in fact irritated my neck and chin. I’ve been using it now for two weeks and I’m already on my second blade. I do not have extremely course hair and was surprised by my shave. Hopefully this product will improve with customer reviews. Unless of course I was in fortunate to receive faulty product.

I havae a few areas on my inexperienced that I either get razor burn from over shaving or I miss whiskers for fear of razor burn. For the most part this blade solved the razor burn.i feel it could shave a little closer as it seems my 5 o'clock shadow sets in a little earlier than with my normal razor. Under magnification, the blade is different , almost like it's segmented and only 2 vs. the 6 blades on my regular razor. It glided along my face effortlessly and was very comfortable. I would recommend this blade if you have issues with razor burn, but be aware it may not be the closest shave you've had.

Lately, I allow my facial hair to grow for a few days before shaving. This razor is the first to give me a close shave without nicks, cuts, or clogs. I love it!

Absolutely perfect glide with no pulling or pain. Very close shave with none of the irritation that would typically be experienced by a razor . This will be my new razor from now on.

I have sensitive skin and when I shave daily, I suffer from significant skin irritation and razor burn on my face and neck. These blades provided me with a close shave that didn't result in nearly as much skin irritation and razor burn as usual. Additionally, I didn't cut myself as much while shaving. Highly recommended.

I loved this product. This product was smooth on my skin when I was shaving and is a much more high-quality product than its competitors. It worked well with my sensitive skin, also. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These blades are very good. I had a very close shave with no irritation. Some razors have caused irritation and bumps, but I did not experience that with the SkinGuard. I would buy these on a continual basis.

I used to shave with a safety razor, until several years ago when my doctor put me on blood thinners. The slightest nick would leave me bleeding for two to three hours. I switched to an electric razor. Then, on a whim, I tried a SkinGuard Razor.........WOW!! Finally, the comfort AND the close shave of a blade !!! Thank you Gillette !!!
