[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let me facial hair grow out to a little more than stubble. After the first pass I didn't think that it did anything. I couldn't feel it "pulling" on the hairs to cut them. I realized that it sliced them off with no problem at all. After finishing, my face wasn't irritated, red, or nicked. I was very surprised at how well this razor did and would definitely recommend this to anyone who has sensitive skin. The only con to the blade is that it doesnt quite reach all of the hairs on my moustache area below my nose due to the top of the blade being a little wide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with any Gillette product this is very well developed and fit perfectly in my hand with very good weight. The design allowed for me to maneuver very easily into all the nooks and crevices ones face develops over the year.

Using this razor is amazing. It has a great handle to maneuver well and is easy to use. I also like the silver color - it gives a refreshing modern look to razors! Nice razor all in all! I would definitely recommend Gillette SkinGuard to others.

Typically when I shave, I get a reddish rash which I believe is due to something in the gliding strip on razors. When I used this razor - no rash! Amazing! Also it provided a great shave. I will purchase more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette SkinGuard Blade affords me a much smoother and closer shave than before. Have always used Gillette products, but this is my favorite. No nicks and cuts or ingrown hairs. Blades were easy to refill.

I get awful razor burn on my neck, years of multiple shaving sessions a day (military), this is great it is still an awesome close shave and it doesn't irritate my skin. I love it.

Less irritation than with my DE razors and closer shave with less time and effort. Used it with Cremo so can't comment on how it would work with a regular shaving cream like Barbasol. Also wonder how it would work if you let your bread grow for more than a couple of days. When I splashed some aftershave on after shaving no burning face!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to others I have it's ok but I prefer my other razor handle from another company I get razors from monthly because it's more sturdy. I wouldn't purchase it because honestly they are just so expensive compared to subscription companies I use. I have seen this razor in stores before and looked at getting one but decided against it. I would recommend it if you like to spend more money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like giving bad reviews but in this one deserves it. After receiving the 4 pack of razors i let my beard grow for 5 days and then used one. The shave was horrible. After applying shaving cream i used one of the 4 razors. It pulled my hair and left stubble everywhere and gave me razor burn. Even after a second shave i still didn't have a clean face. Thinking that maybe I let the hair grow too much I then wait three days and used a second razor with the same results. By this time I was completely discouraged but decided to give these razors one more chance so i let my beard grow just one day and then used the 3rd of 4 razors. The results were basically the same with slightly less stubble than the previous two. Needless to say I did not sue the fourth razor. I suppose that it is possible that the blades had a defect during manufacture but who knows. I had not heard of the Gillette CustomPlus3 system before this test but I can say that i would not recommend this product nor would i buy it. The only redeeming quality is that the handles were designed very well and fit comfortably in the hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice razor. It feels good in your hand and has nice, well-placed rubber grips that prevent the razor from slipping when wet. There are only two blades yet it was a good shave. With only two blades it was not the closest shave I have had but the razor does live up to the "sensitive skin" label. There is a thin rubber guard between that blades that does a nice job reducing skin irritation. I definitely had less irritation.
