I'm 59 and have been shaving exclusively with Gillete metal blade razors for over 43 years. Starting with the single blade adjustable safety razor. I have sensitive and dry skin. I've tried every version of Gillete every sold. Mach 3, ProGlide, Fusion 5, etc. Just bought the new Gillete SkinGuard razors about two months ago. Hands down it's the best Gillete product ever. Close shave and zero irritation. Not only that, but my wife and daughter tried them too and they now use them exclusively as well for their legs, arm pits and even their most sensitive areas. So I've bought 3 handles and many refill packs since. Way to go Gillete, best razor ever.

I have long suffered from bumps and had to leave the Gillette family of razors for one dedicated to reducing bumps. As others have noted, this new razor is spot on perfect. I do not expect a perfectly close shave as I know that causes bumps (for me). Congratulations to your product managers, marketing and engineering team for developing an excellent solution (one that was sorely missing from your product line). It is a pleasure to be back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great razor for sensitive skin like mine. The blade glides effortlessly and didn't cause me any irritation. The lubricating strip works well which I love. I was not aware of this Gillette razor prior to receiving it but I'm so glad it is since I will be using this from now on. I've used other brands of sensitive razors before but this one is by far the best. The handle is very comfortable to hold and it is easy to use. I got a very smooth shave with it and I didn't get any cuts from the blades. I highly recommend this razor and it now my new favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me it doesn't have enough blades for my sensitive skin I prefer 5-6 blades to get a better shave that's why I use a subscription company to get my blades. I wouldn't ever purchase them for several factors. One of them being to expensive and the other is that it's rough on my skin. I have seen them in the store but again to expensive. I would if you want to spend a lot of money.

Less irritation than with my DE razors and closer shave with less time and effort. Used it with Cremo so can't comment on how it would work with a regular shaving cream like Barbasol. Also wonder how it would work if you let your bread grow for more than a couple of days. When I splashed some aftershave on after shaving no burning face!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette SkinGuard Razor is one of the best razors i have ever used. It gives a close shave, no nicks no razor burn with a sturdy handle. My skin was super soft and my shave lasted longer than normal. Although i am a Gillette fan i had not used this particular razor but i will be from now on.

It gives a really close shave much better then my old razor blade.The handle was easy to transfer to a new blade. I would definitely encourage a friend to try the Gillette Skinguard razor too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement of the blade in the razor is fast and effortless. The blade shaves close and smooth without irritation or pulling. The configuration allows the dual blades to slide smoothly across the face, lightly depressing the skin to expose more of each whisker for a closer and longer-lasting shave. This is now my go-to razor blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this Gillette Skinguard Blade like any other Gilletter product I've used before. I think this is good for a young male with little facial hair. I wasn't happy about the two blades. I had to finish with a five blade to get a close shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette SkinGuard Razor was extremely comfortable and easy to use. It is very similar to the Mach5 razor, worked just as well. The only thing I did not like is that it was harder to get close to the nostrils.
