Gillette's SkinGuard Razor shaved my head and neck so smoothly with leaving razor bumps. The razors were also heavy duty and lasted me almost a week before I had to replace it. Other razors only last no more than three shaves. I will definitely be buying this brand again!!

The only thing I did not like about the razor was the wide frame around the blades. It prevented me from doing a close trim around my beard, because it was hard to judge exactly where the blades were.

I have shaved with this razor 10+ times and it still gives a nice, close, clean shave everytime. I will be buying the blade refills again and again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette SkinGaurd Razor is well named. I have used this razor for 2 weeks and have not had one cut. I have sensitive skin and shaving frequently leaves my face feeling damaged or burning. This is the first razor I've experienced that up, down, side to side strokes don't hurt. My face gets a clean smooth shave without worry. For years I have been buying and shaving with giant head 5 blade razors. This 2 blade headed razor gets the job done. I am only holding back the 5th star (4 star rating), because the 5 blade heads give me a slightly closer shave faster. That being said, I prefer The Gillette SkinGuard Razor overall due to the comfort and gentleness. The razor burn I used to feel from my old razors is just a memory now.

I have been using this razor for 2 weeks now and I have not gotten and razor bumps while using it! Also, this is one of the smoothest razors I have used. Normally while shaving over facial hair, razors are ruff and feels like I'm shaving with a blunt object. This razor is smooth as silk while shaving stubble and facial hair. I highly recommend this razor!

The configuration allows the dual blades to slide smoothly across the face, lightly depressing the skin to expose more of each whisker for a closer and longer-lasting shave. This is now my go-to razor blade.

With that said, I do have sensitive skin and decided to try the new Gillette SkinGuard Razor to compare. The first thing I noticed when looking at the razor and saw that it had only 2 blades vs. the 5 blade Gillette razor that I use today. Immediately, I assumed that this shave wasn't going to be as close as usual, and I was right. Rubbing my fingers across my face I could definitely feel my coarse whiskers. Although I didn't get as close a shave as I would have liked, I must say that this razor does have amazing 'Glidability' better than any razor that I have previously used. Shaving was incredibly effortless. It's a good razor, but I won't be switching from my 5 blade Gillette.
