[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a month ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The size of the drum is the same as my front load washer and easier to see in the washer because it has a light...no more loosing socks in the washer or dryer. I love having the controls on the front in the in between the Washer/Dryer, I can see it and press to correct button. All of that plus taking up half the space of my old ones.

The family has used this unit a few times throughout the past few weeks and we love it so far. The spin wash cycles are quick and the dryer gets the job done with the specified settings. Coming from another brand, the LG washer/dryer combo is much more efficient at getting the job done in a smaller form factor. The only reason for giving the combo unit a 4/5 star rating is the WiFi setup and app are a little clunky to use for multiple users, and it would be nice to have more customization for phone push notifications. The WiFi options are also a bit limited, but most of the time someone is at home anyway to check up on the unit. Another ding for the score is the dryer gasket tends to attract a lot of lint, so after every use, the lint collection net, the gasket, and the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned up a bit before putting the next load in.

This is the exact unit I wanted but really couldn't afford it so I was going to buy a lesser cheaper unit. It's so easy to use so quiet you don't even know it's running. It gets my clothes super clean and smelling fresh. And it was so easy to install in the directions are easy to understand! I love it I love it!

This unit was installed just before Christmas. It has met all of our performance expectations. It is actually an attractive unit in shiny black. Both the washer and dryer run quietly. Control panel is clear and easy to use. Install readiness was a challenge and documentation about its actual size with venting was unclear. Once in, we needed to make additional adjustments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tight space & this is perfect, did regular loads, blankets, bath mats, bedding, winter jacket+snow suit, used turbo wash - haven't tried steam in dryer yet. Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

The steam is another great feature. The clothes come out fabulous. I'm so happy to have purchased the washer/ dryer tower and I recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stackable to go into a very tight space for my relocated laundry. This unit was perfect. It’s the only stackable I could find that has center controls, which was very important to me since I am only 5,2” tall and reaching above a dryer to access controls was too difficult and dangerous if Inhad to use a step stool. I also love the many cycle options and it even handles my heaviest bedding without shaking. It’s cleaning and drying everything perfectly. And I love that both the dryer and washer have a nice sounding chime to alert me when it’s done. My old laundry had an angry buzz sound! It’s the little things…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer & dryer for a few weeks and so far we Are very happy with it . Works well and has very nice features. It seems well built and is much quieter than our last machine. Modern, impressive finish and saves us a lot of space in our laundry room.

I bought this few weeks ago and the difference in how it urns to our previous traditional model is huge. Since it automatically can sense the load size, it is water efficient and its upgraded features also help you conserve soap. Additionally, prior to this purchase, we always had to close the laundry room door because the washer and dry were so loud. Now we can barely hear it. The cloths comes out nice, clean, fresh and sweet smelling. We like it makes music when its completes the process. And now we have more space for our pet in the laundry room. We love our LG Washtower

I went from a very old washer and dryer set so this unit which makes the leap feel even more significant. It’s a great space saver and fantastic for my wife who doesn’t have to get a step stool to reach the controls.
