[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this machine installed two weeks ago. If is beautiful to look at and I like that the settings are now in the middle of the machine. Unfortunately I did have a problem with the machine not emptying all of the water. I had to wring out some of the clothes. The repairman came today. He adjusted the drain hose and the washer did spin out all of the water. Here’s hoping it is fixed. Otherwise, I love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed something that would save on space with a small house. This unit not only looks great but also is super functional while not having to compromise with a smaller washload. I just wish LG would include propane conversion kits with their units. We had to buy that separately and it was not easy to convert. But other than that, I love this washer/dryer combo.

I replaced a 12 year old stacked Frigidaire unit with this wash tower and have no regrets. I chose this unit because it had the shortest depth and largest capacity for my small closet alcove. But the feature that really sold me was the fact I could now comfortably reach all the controls without getting on tip toes! I also didn’t think I would care much about the smart features but I like getting reminders on my watch when a load is done. I’ve owned 3 front load stacked units and I always feel like I’m making a compromise because I need to have space saving features at the expense of smaller capacity and the very likely a chance of getting the musty smell problem typical of many front load washers. This LG wash tower doesn’t make me feel like I’ve compromised. I’ve had the unit for 15 months and it works great and I don’t have any musty smells. As long as you let the wash tub air out after a load and periodically remove the dispenser to dry it out, this unit (and most later model front loads) should serve you well. I have a stacked Maytag unit in my back guest house that is about 4 years old and even though it has a slightly larger capacity, I think it takes longer to complete a load compared to this LG. Overall, I’m very happy with the LG unit and if it can go at least 2-3 years without me calling a repair genie, I am likely to purchase again. My old Frigidaire stacked unit always had to be repaired so I hope this LG can stand up over time. For a house we will be remodeling soon, I was originally designing for a laundry room to fit a traditional side by side set. But after having this LG wash tower, now I’m hoping to install two of these tower units side by side instead so we can double the laundry capacity in the new house. Thank you LG for designing a great product for us shorter people!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer & dryer for a few weeks and so far we Are very happy with it . Works well and has very nice features. It seems well built and is much quieter than our last machine. Modern, impressive finish and saves us a lot of space in our laundry room.

Fit my existing Landry space. It is not quite and there are lots of water remaining inside the washer after used. I drain it and open the door for hours to prevent mold. One control panel for both washer and dryer means when one broke, both needs to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer died a month ago, and it couldn’t have happened at a better time. The wash tower caught my eye. The controls are reachable for both the washer and dryer. Cycles are shorter, quick wash is only 15 minutes. Super quiet, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had for 1 month - not enough time to get my utility billings to see if there is a savings. I have not activated the app because I read lots of negatives about it. One problem I have is with a heavy load - the spin cycle goes into off-balance and I can't reset the function. I've had to remove a sopping wet rug and air dry for days. Otherwise, I like the appliance. It is quiet, easy to use, and has a nice appearance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design with the panel in the muddle and don't have to worry about stacking it. The wifi is wonderful. The steam is another great feature. The clothes come out fabulous. I'm so happy to have purchased the washer/ dryer tower and I recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my wife, and at first she thought it was a little on the expensive side, but after she started using it she absolutely loves it. She loves everything about this unit except that the washer sits so close to the ground, but now says that it is well worth the money and would buy it again.
