It often pauses randomly while watching shows or movies. Sometimes it will adjust the volume one or two clicks on its own as well. I'm sure a new remote may fix this issue but other than that it's been pretty great. I will say I'm not a fan of the auto detect feature when turning on a gaming console. I would rather change the input manually

Now when I turn it on, it works for a couple minutes then the picture freezes with some green lines and pixels throughout it and make a god awful static and screeching noise. I had the previous model that work amazingly until it was knocked over by a contractor. They replaced it with this less than desirable unit. Now I have a tv that can't be watched and no receipt to get it replaced.

My remote for my other TV Roku is 9 years old and I have only had to replace batteries. Very frustrating. Guess I will have to buy another remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have quite enjoyed our Samsung 55" Class Crystal UHD U7900FD Smart TV. We are both elderly and had some problems in the past understanding and operating previous tvs. We did have to recruit a grandson (1 years old) to make sure we were doing it right, but it's very doable. It has a great picture with vivid color :). We have no problem streaming or finding a channel/program.
