Inexpensive TV that has surprisingly good quality would definitely recommend

The brightness is absolutely so vibrant its in high definition so the upscaling and contrast is absolutely amazingly beautiful the responsiveness is like no other I would highly recommend this TV for you and your family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Samsung 75" Crystal UHD TV as an upgrade to my 55" old TV and boy was I blown away! The graphics are clean, crisp with bright color and sound that truly give the feeling of being right there going over the waterfall then making yourself larger than the bear whose breath you can almost smell. If a TV could offer the sense of smell it would enhance the uniformity of your viewing experience. The Bluetooth responsiveness is seamless letting you take full advantage of the entertainment experience. A real contrast from the old unit. An overall upscale.

Better brightness and depth of picture. Biggest issue was the slow response for channels especially when signal was weak, and buffering can be a problem when you are living in a rural area

But I do love my tv. And I love what all may Samsung devices can do with each other. I have a Samsung phone and can find my phone with the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is too dark to see. I asked for support and everything we tried it didn't work. Theu schedules for service tech but then mentioned if the “TV is working like its supposed to, then I will have to pay for the service regardless”. I read some posts online and it seems the Tv is just dark, you literally can't see any night scenes. I cancelled service because i didnt want to pay for nothing. Horrible policy of Samsung. If they don't reach out I am never buying Samsung again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has gotten real laggy and constantly disconnects from wifi while all my other devices stay with a good strong signal. moving through the controls has also become an issue with a bunch of lag happening through out where it gets late responses form the tv remote. Remote is still the original at purchase.
