We bought this with the matching washer a couple months ago. It seems to work efficiently, our stuff is not shrunken or left damp. It has great features and settings! Lots of drying options! However, the display will sometimes not light up. We thought maybe there was a reason behind it, like a reset needed, or maybe when it stops and says 80% full (for the lint part, which is super helpful if you sometimes forget to clean it off) but those seem to not be the issue. We have come down to that there is something more than likely not connecting properly or loose in there. It's frustrating and disappointing when you spend this much money on something to not have it work perfectly.

We have not been able to use it once because it has no heat, repairman came out after one week and found a bad gas valve and thermistor. 2 weeks later and he is supposed to be back tomorrow to install parts! Only reason I have a one star is because there were no zero stars

I absolutely love my new machine. I have been able to run a full set of cycles and have been impressed with all the settings and options. The size is perfect for my family of 4, we have a number of loads a week, but the size is good for me to ensure that I don't need to run more than needed. I have been impressed with the pairing and the way it interacts with the dryer, so it is aware without me needing to adjust the setting. The app is great and the updated features are fun.

The dryer works perfectly and does a fine job without taking forever to dry the cloths. I love how it communicates with the washer and knows what setting to use based on the washer setting.

Great machine! The only thing I would change is the ability to alter the pre-programed cycles. For example, the Active Wear cycle is set to warm water, it would be nice to be able to change the water temp.
